Great location, great hotel

The hotel is in the perfect place to walk to most major attractions in central madrid. The neighborhood is safe which allows you to walk everywhere with ease. The accommodations were excellent with a nice sized room and good shower facilities. It was a pleasant stay overall.

Excellent location with metro close by yet the hotel is quiet. Rooms are dated and could do with a refurb although bathroom has been replaced. Breakfast was good value. Would stay here again.

Pros: Well located, well equipped, friendly helpful staff, nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Gran Versalles in Madrid. Staff very helpful re suggestions on car parking, also catching bus to Prado Museum.

Very convenient for the Metro (Alonso Martinez).

Comfortable hotel with easy access to the Metro. A little noisy as it's just off a busy intersection but rooms have double-glazed windows. Lovely bathroom! Breakfast sufficient but not a huge choice.

Great location, bad service

Management went out of their way for bad customer service. I brought in paella leftovers from Valencia and I was really looking forward to heating them up and enjoying them at the hotel after a long travel day. Management called their restaurant/cafe employees and instructed them not to heat my food in the microwave, even thought the cafe was empty of patrons.
