Festival Stay

Much bigger room than expected with fridge/microwave, very comfy bed, great breakfast, requested late checkout & no issue, not hurried. Friendly staff, love the atmosphere, overall awesome stay!!!

Location: very good location for sightseeing.
Close to every thing we wanted to see especially the battlefield.

Disappointed

Cons: Internet, TV reception
Location: Close to event we were attending
Poor, inconsistent internet service ,TV reception poor/snowy picture not clear. Chlorine levels in the hot tub so high that our eyes were watery, the finish was taken off my jewelry and my brand new navy blue swimsuit turned grey shortly after entering the hot tub. Complaint was ignored by staff. Complaint not acknowledged by management even with an apology and was never contacted by management even upon request. Poor customer service.

Very close to Quinnipiac University-

Excellent service and experience here. We were here for a college visit and this hotel is within 5 minutes of Quinnipiac University. There are a variety of restaurants within a few miles. Was perfect for our purpose- staff was friendly and helpful!

Pet friendly and accommodating

Good location. We enjoyed our stay. It was close to restaurants and shopping. The pet walking area was clean and easily accessible.

Very Pleasant and relatively low cost

Pros: Room was comfortable and pillows were exceptional. I was also impressed with the TV channel selection.
Cons: The room with the indoor pool should be vented as it was quite stuffy and hot in the room.
Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, Room was very comfortable, and breakfast was good. Although the eggs were precooked with too much salt, the waffle machines made up for it.. I would not hesitate to come back again.

Nice and clean hotel

We have stayed in Country Inn and Suites hotel before and always were pleased with our stay. This hotel was the same. It is close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. The pool was a favorite for our daughter and we visited the arcade next door. I recommend this hotel.

need to clean things up a bit.

got placed in last room, wasn't anywhere near clean, smelled of smoke, mold all over the shower area. common area looked like it hadn't been mopped in days.
