Planning ahead will leave you having a bad time

I'm still trying to be generous because my stay last year was a good one, but this year they cancelled my booking for not checking in even though everything was pre paid months prior because that's their "policy" so my trip was nearly ruined because of flight rescheduling but yea appaling that one tries to preplan for a smooth experience only for them to give away something prepaid

PLEASE READ!! very disturbing

The room itself was wonderful . Employees sucked. My first night was great, check out went smoothly, my room was clean, nice decor, and very comfortable. i stayed about a week. I paid for my room the next morning the previous night, so morning employees should have definitely seen my reservation. The morning after my first night, im laying in bed still asleep sans clothes or sheets around me, and house keeping opens my door and walks in. i asked why she would just come into my room and she said i have a key and your room is marked as check out (morning employees didn't update my reservation) , so we go take care of and clarify that. things were great for the next 2 days. when i went to extend my room for the next day, all the rooms were full so i couldnt. i talked with the front desk, they said just come down in the morning, as people are checking out we'll get you into another one. OKAY GREAT! AWESOME SOLUTION! NO PROBLEM WITH THAT. so i go to sleep that night sans clothes bec thats how i sleep and at 2am, A MAN OPENS MY DOOR AND WALKS IN! he then identifies himself as security. tells me my room is labels VACANT DIRTY. MIND YOU IVE BEEN PAYING DILIGENTLY $80 A NIGHT ON TIME AND HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATING WITH THE FRONT OFFICE THE ENTIRE TIME. he then proceeds to tell me i need to move rooms. WHY???? IDK???? so i have SO MUCH STUFF in this room bec ive been there for almost a week now. He makes me pack my entire room , and haul it up 2 flights of stairs at 2AM. continued on nxt

Well staff was so rude to shut the door on my face out to have security come tell me there was no reservations i had my confirmation and booked my room online i had already been staying there 2 nights just needed another room i will never stay here again

Floors and bathroom never fully cleaned, walls are dirty as well, towels are thin and dinghy sheets are the same. The weekly price is way over the essentials the hotel should provide. Walls are VERY thin. Possible Bed Bugs Upside staff is accommodating..

Awful. Completely awful. Dirty sheets were on the bed when I arrived. There was no one in the office to call and request a change. I called Motel 6 national and was made several promises from them… None of which transpired. I requested a refund on the room because I did not stay there that night… Of course. No one would sleep in that nasty bed. I had to pay for another hotel. I have heard nothing from management regarding my request for a refund. I highly recommend staying elsewhere. As a footnote, the smoke detector was chirping in. The security guard could not get it to stop chirping. Someone in management told him to simply disconnect it… He did and took it with him. I'm pretty sure that's illegal. I have pictures if you're interested in seeing the things I'm speaking off.

Doing Too Much

the office staff was great . the hotelcould use a little more cleaness the towrls was worn and beige instead of white .the floor under the towel rack havent been swept in a min the wall were so thin u could easy hear ur next door neighbor. and most of all the elevator didnt work at all.the security guard was doing a little too much
