The breakfast was all precooked food that you had to microwave. I didn’t care much for that but I was fine otherwise. The room was clean , bed and pillows were very comfortable. The front desk staff very friendly and helpful. If I’m in the area again I will definitely stay there.

Friendliest & most accommodating staff I have ever come across in the many different hotel chains & locations I've stayed at. The mishaps in the beginning we're quickly & kindly resolved. I've paid more than double for jacuzzi rooms elsewhere & their tubs come no where near the size of Baymont in Tuscola. The cleanliness of the rooms were impeccable! Kudos to housekeeping, front desk staff & management for maintaining a wonderful hotel where I felt safe to lay my head & will definitely be back to enjoy again.

Room was disgusting. Floor looked like it wasn't vacuumed in months, hair and chemicals all over the whirlpool tub, asked to have it cleaned, next night went to use it and it didn't even work. Nasty dust buildup on the bathroom vent, asked to have it cleaned and they didn't, used napkins under couch and garbage behind tv, asked to have it cleaned and they didn't do it. Finally got moved to a new room the last night of my 3 day stay. That room was amazingly clean compared to the other whirlpool suite. Waiting to see if I get any compensation for the terrible experience.

We booked this because it was dog friendly. When we checked in I was told that dogs were only allowed on the second floor. Then I asked "Where is the elevator?" I was told there was no elevator. I am 74 years old and hauling multiple luggage and bags to the second floor was not easy. I don't recommended The Baymont and will avoid them in the future.

Good value for price. I booked again for Reunion weekend on October. Big clump of hair came out of whirlpool jet in my room. Slate coffee table top was broken.

Need better breakfast. Bring back the make your own waffles! TV remote didn't work at all. Lucky if you could turn it on, let alone change channels or volume. Asked front desk one night about it. Was told not sure what to do they said must be something with sensor. Next morning asked for new batteries got them and it didn't fix anything. Was there for kids basketball tournament. Stayed at this hotel for quite a few years now. Years past were much better. Definitely need better breakfast selection for price of rooms

Beds where very uncomfortable squeaky and lumpy and the pillows were extremely small but the rooms were clean and the hot tub and pool was nice the breakfast was terrible the holiday inn across the street was way better breakfast and comfort

The hotel was quiet, clean, and well lit. We called to tell them we would be checking in around midnight and they were more than happy to accommodate. A great start to our vacation!

Breakfast almost non exist I consider breakfast to include hot food no just cereal, toast and prepackaged sweet rolls. I found hair in the bathroom (Not mine) I killed two spiders and behind the night stand there were accumulated dust and debris. My room desperately needed deep cleaning. there was apparently an elephant in the room above me. I will not stay again.

We stayed for four nights.
The employees are friendly. We asked for an extra office chair. They didn't have any. The breakfast provided was very lackluster. The room size was comfortable. But the club chair was old and dirty. I would prefer a small table with chairs to eat at. The bed was uncomfortable and we had to purchase a foam pad to add to the bed for comfort.

I booked the most expensive room and it was awful. The carpet was filthy, the coffee table was broken, linen was sticking out from under the fold away couch like it was never cleaned. There was Katsup or blood on the hot tub and stains on one of the bed pillows. I stay at this chain often…this was caught me off guard. Just awful.

Husband and I stayed in the king size Suite which had a personal hot tub. Open concept and very large room which included living room refrigerator and ice box. The room has a balcony that the sliding glass doors open to that overlooks the indoor pool and Community hot tub. Was quiet and peaceful. Will stay again definitely! Well worth the money!
