Champaign Garden Inn is a wonderful find and far exceeds all the other lodging options in the Champaign Urban area. The Garden Inn has a warm and welcoming feel. It is cozy and sophisticated as well as being up to date.

I was surprised to find this quaint B&B very enjoyable. The place was clean in a quiet neighborhood. Instructions to check-in are simple and easy to follow. Although the owner try to keep up with its Victorian image, I would like to suggest that the owner install bidets in the toilets.

I travel a lot and this is only the second time I have written a review. There is a whirlpool tub on the third floor so if you are staying on the second floor you will be annoyed beyond belief. The InnKeeper, Kevin, was not very nice about the fact I was upset. In fact he was very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bathroom is detached and have to go through common corridor. No sound proofing. Was scared to hear people talking when using bathroom. Use only as a backup.

Best and biggest surprise of the trip!
If you want an overnight stay that makes you feel like a king and queen, this is one place you should experience. Impeccable house, immaculately presented in all its 1900’s decor and glory, the hosts go to the nth degree to make you comfortable and at home. Truly a 5* property masquerading as a 3* …. Loved it!
