The room was very nice and clean. The front desk staff are helpful and were able to reassign us to a lower room when we asked for. All the other stuff that we ran into were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was nice but crowded.

Nice hotel

I've stayed here several times. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff has always been very pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Hotel was great, the room we stayed in was a little noisy as we were directly above the automatic siding doors at the main entrance. The noise was constant which kept my wife awake throughout the night. If we were in a different room it would have been perfect. The pool and spa were wonderful and breakfast was very good.

Wrong key

Given key to occupied room. Kinda dumb, poor procedures, embarrassing, inconvenient, etc. Glad others were dressed as i walked in.

Didn't want to leave!

My husband and I were very impressed with the service and the relaxing environment. The room was "AWSOME "....the beds were very comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Breakfast was awsome....hands down...the absolute best stay that I've ever had at any hotel or resort...

Nice breakfast

Our room was next to the electrical room and so it was hard to fall asleep with the constant helicopter type humming through the walls. Breakfast was wonderful! Something for everyone. Pool was refreshing. Hot tub could have been a little hotter, but loved that it was open 24 hours! The door outside to the pool should be for emergencies only. Puts too cold of air in there when it is opened. Room was clean and shower was spacious, modern and loved the head spray changes. We got a double Queen plus pull out and the room was a good size. We price hunted on Expedia and got a good price for the value!
