Check in was fast and easy the room was clean. But left to get food and came back and my room keys were deactivated and was unsure why. Never got a reason but only took a minute to activate again then everything was good. Slept good and options for the free breakfast were nice and appreciated

Pile of dirty linens under the side entrance staircase E for 24 hours. Bathroom towels that were once white were so overused they were grey and dingy. Bathroom floor corners were dirty and disgusting.

The 2 star hotels are simple, do to need to be shabby. The hotel still under construction. Materials are everywhere. Our room was brand new, with an awful paint smell and splashed plaster/paint in the cortines.

We needed a place to stay for a college visit to UIUC. This was an excellent choice. The hotel is being remodeled and we were in a recently remodeled room. It was impeccably clean. There are hallways under construction which affects some of the walking connections but it wasn't too bad to get around. The fitness room was closed due to construction, so I went to a nearby Planet Fitness but it was my own membership. The breakfast was good. A combo of hot and cold food. They had eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fresh fruit, cereal, coffee, and yogurt. The staff were helpful.

Just needed a place to sleep for one night when passing through town. Our room had been recently renovated, so it was very clean and comfortable. Didn’t have time for a full breakfast but there were grab-and-go options worked for us. We would stay here again.

The staff was very nice and service was good. The room appeared to be clean (except for the bathroom - there was mildew in the tub), but the hall carpets were filthy. There appeared to be some kind of construction going on in the building, and there were a lot of mechanical noises in the morning. Kids were running up and down the halls until about 10:30 pm. I realize that hotel staff can't help that, but nothing about the room's design or quality of materials used did anything to alleviate any of the noise from the hallway. On top of that, there was parking right outside of the window close to the building, so we could hear people getting into and out of cars, cars starting, and see bright headlights directly into the room. Again, staff was great, but we got no sleep and I couldn't recommend anyone stay here.

Booked property due to family emergency - outdoor area full of trash, door leading into building that required key to unlock always propped open, randome people wandering around hallways and sitting on stairs, hallways dirty, only housekeeping completed in 3 night stay was new towels, breakfast fruit had mold, and front desk staff - especially morning staff - very argumentative and unhelpful.

The rooms were terrible, dirty, smelly! We had to change rooms a few times, our room had no soap and etc. we would not even eat their breakfast. I would NEVER recommend staying there

Hallways smelled bad. Room smelled worse like just had a carton of cigarettes smoked in it. Bed was dirty, pillows and sheets had yellow stains all over. Breakfast very lacking compared to other la quintas I’ve stayed at.

The hot water was out in the property and no one told us. I even called before I booked on this website and they didn't tell me the hot water was out. It was when I got in the shower that I found that there was only freezing cold water coming out of the shower head. Noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at and will not be staying at this brand of hotel again.

We paid for a King which is MORE then a double Got to the hotel and they gave us a double and wouldn’t do anything. The girl didn’t know where her manager was as they hadn’t showed up yet and she didn’t know why. Asked us to wait another 20 minutes. We waited and got sick of waiting and left. On top of it gum wrappers (Nicorette) were on the bed, water was left running in the room which was weird, it’s under construction and messy as well. Would NOT recommend at all!

Nice, quiet, room looked ok. I have stayed at many La Quinta and this one does not have the same caliber of decor or bathroom space. The tub and toilet in one little room was very small. The vanity area was a separate area and of good size. The caulk at the base of the tub where it meets the floor was poorly done and quite a mess. Would have been nice to have an extra blanket for one of the beds. Ao hatd when some people are hot and others are chilly at the same time.

Worst Christmas Eve stay ever
White stuff floated in the bath tub when you took a shower, the bed was comfortable, but we found a roach crwaling in the bathroom. Had to argue and threaten to call the health department and knock on all doors to let all guest know that the hotel had roaches with the front desk person to even get Christmas eve's night stay refunded and our deposit back cause i wasnt staying at a hotel with roaches. Was glad i was able to find another hotel even though i had to pay $60 more.

Bathroom towels are so repeatedly washed that they are grey. Wash cloths are worse.That said, sufficient soap, shampoo,conditioner in the bathroom. Even a small first aid kit. Bed is clean. Further down the hallway has plastic and blue tape across, blocking the rest of the way down.

Just fine to me
See alot of people complaining about updates. My room was clean, to me,..that is all that matters. I dont care about paint or furniture not matching. I stayed in a suite and it was perfect clean and private.
