Motel like experience

Tiny rooms, with entrance doors from the sidewalk...Motel style. Crummy cold coffee in the morning. I did not venture to step in to the shower tub! Check in clerk was nice. Overpriced.

Cleanliness and Response

We found blood on sheets on bed. Showed manager a picture and he said he would "tell" housekeeping.

Borderline clean with basic amenities. Good: Convenient location and cheap. Bad: bathroom door doesn't lock. Bed too soft.

Cheap hotel close to campus

Room was beside interstate with above average road noise. In addition room had a bad smell even though it appeared clean.

dirty n smelly

Stained sheets ,people hair on pillow cases blanket n sheets, ad to leave to another hotel . This place should not be on your site . Til they change n have better accommodations. Very disappointed.hope I get a refund . Seemed they didn’t want to we’ll see

Room smelled really musty. Sink drain did not drain well. Adequate but not what I expected for the price. Would rather have spent more for nicer.

Since I last stayed at the Red Roof Inn in 2012 I was pleasantly surprised to see the rooms have been remodeled. I appreciated the rooms are now carpet free. The sink area is sleek and modern. Nothing fancy. Clean is always of utmost importance.

Pros: NONE! I move to another hotel after one night!
TERRIBLE!!!! I found 2 dead bugs in the room!!! SO GROSS!!!

Dirty Tub, Rodents

We checked in on Saturday, walking into our room finding everything to seem neat and orderly. In the middle of the night, our toothbrushes and other things fell off the counter. We picked up our things, but saw nothing to be the cause. On Sunday night, we heard a noise over by the sink again. We moved the trash can to find several mice. We reported to the front desk, they moved us rooms and said a refund would be issued in the morning by the manager. Now they're telling me "Upon investigation, we didn't see mice. So cannot issue a refund." Absolutely horrible customer service, and terrible brand image. Pet friendly? For the mice.

It was a fine motel. Relatively cheap but a good value. The breakfast was a joke but I wasn't expecting much due to the room rate.
