Convenient, for a last minute stay.

No real complaints. Staff was great. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. There was loose hair everywhere. I would suggest to dust more often and really shake the sheets before making the bed.

It was ok, but ONLY ok.

Pros: Both staff members I met were very pleasant. The gentleman who shushed the competitive singing at 2:30 a.m. was most appreciated!
Cons: Even though the room was marketed as non-smoking, it obviously had, at one time, been a smoking room. Also, fewer stains on the bedspread.
Location: It was nice that it was right next to the mall and a lot of stores. It was also close to downtown Champaign.
The rooms were smaller than I had anticipated. But, because it was just myself and I wasn't planning on hanging out much in my room, it wasn't horrible. It just had a cramped feeling when moving around to get ready for bed or to leave in the morning. The bedspread had a couple stains on it, which made me a bit leery. The toilet took a long time to finish running after having been flushed. And a hair dryer in the room would have been nice.

Thank you for your feedback. We will check all of the bedspreads as it must have been overlooked. We do have several different size King size rooms. All of our Superior King rooms have hair dryers and we have them at the front desk for anyone that needs one. Hope to see you next time your travels brings you back to the area.

Never Again

I made a reservation for a non-smoking room, and they gave me one that smelled like nothing but cigarettes. On top of that, the bed sheets had stains all over them. Other than that, the hotel was ok at best. Would not recommend

Room could have been cleaner. There were stains on the comforters. And for the cost there were no amenities. The "take and go" breakfast was not even worth offering.

Hotel with Available Room

Pros: The staff, location to family, and the grab and go breakfast.
Cons: Updating
Location: It was near family.
This hotel Was adequate. It needs serious updating with new linens. The staff was excellent.

Noisy

Pros: The price
Cons: Give the room a nice smell when the door opens would make all the difference
Location: Close to several eating places and near the mall with Macy's JC Penny and a range of other shops.
Close to the highway with noisy traffic all night long. Room was just ok did not look clean. The bed sheets were clean and the towels. The headboard smelt of smoke although it was a no smoking room. The room itself could have smelt nice as soon as I opened the door there was a damp musty smell. Bed was comfortable and the pillows. Did not take a shower in the morning thought the floor was too dirty to be on bare footed. You get what you pay for I only wanted somewhere to sleep for the night and that was fine overall.

Toilet Malfunction

When you cannot flush your toilet without an overflow of water.....you have to get out ASAP. Plus no blow dryer, cigarette burns on sheets and ants in the bathroom. No manager on duty to issue a refund, so I have to deal with her tomorrow. Do not stay there.

Business trip to champagne illinois

My wife and I drove to champagne on business , the hotel is of the highway that's a plus and a few restaurants walking distance. Check in was quick, parking felt safe . The room is basic for what you pay for, we were tire so we didn't have time to judge we past out. Next morning I jumped in the shower , the shower is a bit different looks like gym shower. A dip on the center so the water runs to the drain, we showered and off we went .
