Located in the desirable Mt. Villas community of Seven Springs Resort. Next to the golf course and outdoor pool; free shuttle service to/from the main resort for skiing/other activities. Just park your car, & let the resort take care of the rest.
The main area has an open living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed with adjoining bath. The guest room has a twin-over-full bunk bed plus pull-out trundle. A sectional sofa offers additional sleeping space. Sleeps 7 comfortably.

Great Family Ski Trip

We have stayed at 7 Springs many times. We needed a different place this time. This met our needs. Was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy and provided enough kitchen space for what we needed to do. The shuttle was awesome too being able to jump on and head to the lodge.

Summer get-a-way surprise
Clean living arrangements. Comfortable for my spouse and 2 children (11 and 13). Enjoyed being so close to Seven Springs and the Market Place. We were close to the pool and my kids even had it all to themselves on Friday afternoon. Nice decor...they had some coffee, extra toilet paper, and plenty of cleaning supplies. (I have been to other places that offer none of these extras). Beds are comfy and it was family friendly. Definitely will book again.

Perfect Location
The condo was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Swimming pool was close by and well maintained. The air conditioner was not cooling properly so we called and someone came and fixed it right away. It was quiet and close to Seven Springs resort and Laurel Hill Beach State Park. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect location!
Overall, this condo worked well for what we needed! The location to Seven Springs resort was perfect as well as we loved how close to the pool it was! It was a very hot weekend while we were there and the AC didn't seem to keep up with that though. We turned it down to the lowest it would allow but it never got below 74° inside during the 4 days we were there. Also, the AC didn't seem to work well in the bedrooms as those were very warm with no fans. So, next time I would just make sure to bring some fans! The pots/pans could use some good scrub downs too but nothing major! The neighbors were all so kind and welcoming as well as the views around the area were beautiful! The owners were also quick to respond during the booking process! Overall, we would recommend this condo to our family and friends!

Great place, easy to stay
The condo was great, fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of space to stay, the shuttle to the main lodge was easy and came frequently and the owners were quick to respond to any questions we had, I would definitely stay there again.

Nice place and very convenient
I was a little worried at first about being off-campus from the ski resort, but the bus comes around often just steps from the door, and actually makes it very easy to get in and out. It feels like ski in ski out in that regard. The place itself is very clean and nice.

Very nice place
The owners communication was great. Everything went very smoothly, from check in to check out. Very nice place with plenty of room to relax. Shuttle service to the lodge was very nice & close to unit. The unit was just as pictured. We are happy with our stay & the unit amenities.
