The hotel is very nice, but has not adjusted to the internet age with sufficient and convenient ports and outlets for charging phones, laptops and/ or ipads

Nice location but avoid till end of construction

Construction begins 8am with heavy drilling and banging on the wall right next door. You can not sleep or comfortably stay in your room past 8am. Hotel could have easily asked to have construction start at say 10am. Until the construction is over, I'm afraid it is not a wise choice to stay there. Also beware that the hotel entry closes around 1am. One night we had to wait 10 minutes, knocking on the door for someone to come and let us into the hotel

Disappointed

Did the job while we explored Paris, but I would not call this a 4 star hotel. The building was old with French charm, but the walls were thin and the bed was very uncomfortable. There was no wifi for the first day we were there which made planning our day even more difficult, and the concierge did not compensate us for the inconvenience. We were originally put in a room with the window looking at a wall, until we asked to move and they gave us a room with a view of the street. There was no hotel restaurant so no room service except for the pricey continental breakfast. And supposedly there was a bartender in the evenings but we never saw him. We wouldn't stay here again.

Please accept our apologies if you couldn't have the wifi the first day, we wiil report the information directly to the service in charge of this, in effect there is no restaurant in our hotel, however the breakfast may be like a brunch, you can take it from 7 am to 12pm30 in our room or in the breakfast room, we propose a lots of different products for the breakfast, there is a room service which can bring your breakfast into your room. The bar is open from 4pm until midnight, the bartender is in the bar during these hours, we will report the information concerning this problem to him. We will understand if you do not choose to stay in our hotel for your next visit, however we would love to welcome you again and catch up for this unfortunate experience. We remain at your service. A great way to visit Paris

Great peaceful hotel with wonderful helpful staff. Location was amazing and close to a lot of attractions. Good restaurants near by. Even the internet in the hotel was good.

Lovely well located hotel - service only average

Lovely well equipped room with everything you need. Located close to all the attractions so you can walk everywhere. Wifi good. Front desk service was only average - everything seemed too difficult.

Location, location, location

The location was great. Excellent quality dinning as well as inexpensive dinning in the area. The staff was great. There was an odor from the shower which was probably a sewer problem of Paris in general because I smelled it outside of the hotel. These are old buildings. The wi fi was bad.
