very good location. The contact person was polite and helpful. The room /apartment has all that needed but it is quite small.

Quite goodPosted Sep 1, 2013
Pros: Location Size Comfort
Cons: Better supply of toiletries Wifi and tv that work
Location: Close to champs élysées Subway, supermarket and patisserie around the corner
The apartment was really nice and roomy. Bed and couch were comfortable. However the wifi didn't work and neither did the TV. They fixed the Internet on the last day. The toiletries weren't topped up either There isn't anyone on site for check in or help with problems The location was great and I would stay there again but would be very unhappy if any of the problems reoccurred

Stay away from this apartment.Posted Aug 12, 2013 on Hotels
This place is run based on bait and switch policy. whenever you complain they will switch you to another apartment. We were moved three times in five days. We had no water nor electricity for one day, the air condition did not work properly in two of the three apartments. It is run by interns and it is almost impossible to be connected to any management person. We were charged the full amount for our stay on the day I made the reservation, even though it is clearly stated the the full amount will be charged at the hotel. In short, find yourself a different place to stay in Paris.

Nice but not so NicePosted Aug 12, 2013 on Hotels
Room: Very tight room. Not so clean. Not for people that are not phisically fit (the bed is above the bathroom, need to climb). Complicated access to the appartment (3 doors to arrive to the apartment). Not a land phone or any communication from the street door to the room. Location: Very good near the Champs Elysses. Price: Savings so not justify not going to a regular hotel.

oasisPosted Jul 15, 2013
Location: right by the metro, walking distance to all kinds of great places
An oasis of calm and beauty. Quiet. Slept so well. We loved the clean modernity of the furnishings in the loft space within a stately building with cage lifts right out of a 20s movie.

HELZEAR Faubourg Saint-Honoré Apartments are badPosted Jul 4, 2013 on Hotels
HELZEAR Faubourg Saint-Honoré Apartments is very bad apartments, very small totally differ than the displayed in the website, low level furnitured, it was in 6th floor and the elevator is not working. The administration of HELZEAR Faubourg is not supportive at all, when I told them that the apartment is not as same as the pictures, they just sent me the housekeeper to try to convince me to stay in this tight room which they call it apartment. They made me pay 200 euro with my family to sleep in other hotel because the door of the room stuck and we could not open it. The bad smell of bathroom because it is in the middle of room without ventilation. The roof of room is sloping and near of the head which make it crashes. I did check out normally, then two hours after my leaving they fooled me by charging me 1000 euro, when I send them email asking why, they said because of the broken mirror which was broken before I used the room. I don’t advice anyone to deal with this company.

OK for short leisure stayPosted Jun 24, 2013
Cons: It's not a hotel. Aircon didn't generate cool air well around unit (and it's a small unit)
Location: Near Arche de Triomphe, Champs Elysee,
Firstly this is not a hotel and not an apartment hotel - ie no reception, porter, room service etc. Not particularly close to a Metro. Near Arche di Triomphe. Apartment is compact, bedroom is a mezzanine and if you had 2 people it would be difficult to sit up in bed as you would hit your head on the sloping roof. Airconditioning system doesn't reach the mezzanine so would hate to sleep there in the height of summer. There is a skylight window you can open but of course then you get the outside noise overnigt but then it's not a particularly noisy area. Lights were out, wifi was difficult to log in to but the lady phoned me back & helped sort it. No milk offered in fridge - was told "but you didn't ask for breakfast" - I didn't know I could and for some 350euro/night I would think milk woud be a staple item when a minibar system is offered. Elevator goes to level 5, my apartment #"Eiffel"# was on level 6 so you need to carry bags up a flight of stairs. Felt safe - two codes to get in. Bars and restaurants nearby. Small supermarket one street over. They have a range of apartments but I would not choose to stay in Eiffel again and not for work.

Overpriced, tiny apts, great locationPosted Jun 20, 2013
Cons: Size - claustrophobic
Location: very good
Highly overpriced hotel. Very very very small apartments - with slanting roofs all over - including over your bed - so it feels like the roof is falling on your head (with only 3 feet between your head and the ceiling). The location is great bit that's it. The staff very very very nice. However, for the price we paid we were very disappointed with both the apartments we had rented.

Live like the French in this code-access apartmentPosted Jun 12, 2013 on Hotels
You need to book a time to meet a hotel staff rep at the local Starbucks in order to enter your room; there is no reception. You also have to book a time to leave the room. There are two security codes you get; one to get into to the large car door access; and one to get into the building. Then a cute little elevator leads up to your small apartment. Ours was a compact minimalist-designed studio space with a double bed in the loft above and a sofa bed below. Clean bathroom, desk area and tv. Skylights and large windows make this place very bright. But our access to WiFi didn't work for our entire stay. Very quiet. Good experience. Felt like we lived there for two nights, rather than a typical tourist stay. Location gave access to two very close metro lines. Not sure we'd stay again, but overall we enjoyed our nights and have no hesitation recommending the place to others.

One Night in ParisPosted Jun 5, 2013 on Hotels
With hotel prices so expensive in Paris, this was a great find. It was actually a small studio apartment with all the necessities. Great location with only a 15 minute walk to the Arc de Triumph. The staff was excellent and made sure that everything was in order. I will stay with them again.
