nice small hotel, close to the Arc de Triumph .

I was very happy with our stay at the Hotel Lancaster. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only concern I had was with service for the breakfast in the morning, It takes a while and most people are trying to get off to meetings or to events.

Great Place to Stay in Paris

Excellent location. Fantastic staff, get to know you quickly. Staff is very friendly. Everyone spoke English well Historic building. Great restaurant, highly recommend dinner here. Definitely would stay here again. If using Uber to get around check the traffic. Might be worth walking to the corner.

Excellent hotel, great staff and beautiful room. Only improvement needed is an upgrade on bathrooms.

Wed first stayed at the Lancaster in 1974 for a month, Over the years we stayed many more times but not in recent years. The hotel was among the best in Paris, smaller that the grand hotels but just as good. Lancaster's exclusive, upper class clientele has given way to family vacationers. Service is good and friendly but no longer great and distinctive. The condition of the hotel is clean, but no longer pristine and elegant. It competes at a different level. Amenities were weak.

Pros: Staff were polite and helpful - very good service
Cons: Bathrooms - to old - hotel needs remodeling
Location: Fantastic, extremely central and lots of restaurants near by
Changed room-bathtub water drain did not flow Only one small elevator worked for entire hotel- one out of service. First worked, out of order 3 days, I left and it had not yet been repaired Phone did not always work- it was not the battery. Rang and disconnected over and over . Lighting is fair

A perfect stay with my daughter

Everything about our stay was perfect. From the great location, beautiful room, accomadating staff and delicious breakfast all was great at Hotel Lancaster. We could walk to restaurants, shopping and The Louve! Only sorry I didn't buy one of the great smelling Hotel Lancaster candles. Thanks for everything !!

My sister and I enjoyed our time in Paris, and especially, Hotel Lancaster. The staff went out of their way to help us navigate our first visit. Every day they helped us with directions and transportation! They were very friendly and helpful!

A lovely oasis away from the busy Champs Elysees.

Pros: The classic but still modern feel about the hotel.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
Location: There is some shopping around the hotel but the galleries and shops on Faubourg Saint Honore are close and easy to get to other areas from the hotel.
A lovely classic hotel with friendly staff and beautifully decorated rooms. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom are great with very good amenities. We where very fortunate although we arrived early there was a room ready, always nice to unpack when you arrive. Very nice bar, breakfast room/restaurant as well.
