Staff was excellent and assisted with all things

Staff was excellent and assisted with all things. Had a few special requests for food and the staff took care of us.

Pros: Location and service
Cons: Room Heating; too warm --> was not able to adjust it
Location: right next to Arc :)
The room was too hot with the heating; but clean and staff was great.

Great staff and service, the rooms looks old

NOT worth the money, stay away DO NOT BOOK!

Great service but i DO NOT recommend to anyone stay there and we will NOT go back there again! Specially for the price we paid and get the worst dodgiest room ever! We booked the queen bed room with the view of Arc de Triomphe. The room was tiny and very old style decoration, i mean its old and disgusting! not vintage or classic !! and lets talk about the view, we have to lead over our full body in the balcony to peak the view, lucky we didnt fall over by doing this. we are paying 500 AUD a night, with the early bird discount, which mean it could cost more. It certainly did not worth the value. Breakfast is not buffet, its a set menu from the hotel. The Only one thing that is great about of this hotel - location. Nothing else, i mean if you search harder, im sure you can find a better hotel with similar location. Please, do NOT stay there to ruin your trip !
