Pet friendly, but…

Comfortable bed, nice breakfast, and they are pet friendly. However, the carpet was worn and dirty. They shoyld use the $20/night pet fee to clean or replace it.

Great place

Pros: Very easy to access, come and go as you please but also if you needed anything someone was always there to help.
Cons: Have a variety of different types of pillows; some super soft and some firm. All of the ones I had were super soft and I needed to pile them together.
Location: It is tucked back away from the main road which was nice for less traffic noise. Easy access to food, gas, coffee and the major freeways. Shops close.
Very friendly staff and very comfortable place. Great features and access to a lot of comforts and not far away from shops or access to necessities. I loved the breakfast bar every morning of my stay it was top notch!

Cool haven for us and pets while air out at home

Pros: Comfortable for us and our two dogs
Cons: Cant think of anything
Location: Close to our home
The staff at the Chandler Comfort Inn made us feel welcome in a crisis situation. Made a very bad situation tolerable! Grateful and thankful!

Rooms were not very clean did experience bedbugs, hotel manager was not very professional

Serves the purpose of my visit

It was to the freeway and a really good BBQ restaurant. The hotel itself has plenty of parking and nice staff. The room was decent but the bathroom, especially the tub, has some paint peeling off. Otherwise, my stay there served my purpose for the price I paid.

Very helpful staff

We had a great time here, the staff was so accommodating! We had a few requests and later some questions that were all taken care of with smiles and care. I would always recommend this location!

Nice hotel

It was nice and close to where I needed. Staff was nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to friends or even stay there again.

Worth another try

Hotel was nice, great check in. Clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very nice. slept great the first night. Upon returning to hotel the next day area was locked down due to a shooting in the area, took me 1.5 hours to get back to hotel. Life happens. Breakfast was ok Maybe try again
