Just ok

It was ok. Breakfast was continental nothing impressive. Beds were very uncomfortable. Staff was nice.

Thank you for your comments. We will be under going a major renovation starting in June. Not only will the rooms be brand new; we are enhancing our breakfast as well to provide an expanded offering during breakfast.

Spring Training stop.

Check-in was fast and quick. The hotel was a bit run down and in need of some updating. The pool was fine, but the hot-tub was broken down. I believe we paid about $125 a night, but this place was worth more like $80 in my book. Decent, but definitely in need of some repair and updating.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Only concern was I had to call daily to assure that my room got cleaned and received fresh new towels.

Nice hotel with easy freeway access

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Maintenance was needed in the bathroom to attend to some issues, peeling paint, gaps in the tiles on the wall where they meet the floor.
Location: Nearby gas station, Cracker Barrel resturaunt, drugstore
Room was comfortable and quiet, bathroom was clean but some maintenance issues needed attention. We did not know that this hotel chain is 100 percent pet friendly, any and all rooms may at one time been occupied by pets, just so you know.

We appreciate you taking the time to let us know you were pleased with the staff, clean room and location. We will be undergoing a full renovation within 2 months and everything in that room will be replaced with a new, fresh product for our guest to enjoy. Pros: It was conveniently located for the wedding event
Cons: Hire a manager that knows how to manage, insists on it and give them more cleaning staff. Oh yeah, fix the North security door.
Location: Great shopping, restaurants. Pool and hot tub were pleasant despite there never being towels available.
The north security door was open due to being broken for all 3 nights. Despite it being brought to the clerks attention within the 1st half hour. He was aware of the broken lock, it appeared that some one had broken it with a tool of sorts. The hotel turned out to be "pet friendly" which means that despite advising the management ( no one acted like a manager, just a clerk that was too busy ) the dog barked frequently during the day, thus arousing the other dogs on our floor. When told of this the employee said that he call to advise the owners. Nothing changed. The facility was at best practically clean not gross, just not clean. Hair in the bathroom , just puts a damper on things.

Thank you for you thoughts. We have repaired the North door that a guest had tampered with; once we received the part, it was installed immediately. We appreciate your concern and we wish that the other patrons that created your discomfort were more conscientious about their pets as well as our physical property. This is why we require contact information for pet owners if they create a problem.

No hospitality and no reminder Hotel staff hided my iPhone charger and when I checked with them they bought and gave me charger

Above average La Quinta with clean room and decent bed. Would stay there again.

The entrance, lobby and elevator floors needed cleaning. The front desk clerk failed to mention the amenities the hotel has to offer ( e.g., wireless, complimentary breakfast, fitness center etc...) nor was there anything in the room that would inform a guest about hotel amenities. I had to ask about the wireless/password and discovered on my last day that there was a guest laundry room. I had to change rooms upon arrival because the first room I checked into the bathroom floor was not clean or mopped. My room faced the highway so it was somewhat noisy. Better sound proofing for that side of the building would be beneficial. The carpet in my room was threadbare. On a positive note the the bed was comfortable and the gazebo/pool area was beautiful.
