Little Oasis just out of town

This hotel was fantastic providing us everything we would look for at the price paid. The rooms were very good although it can be argued that the river is not that great an outlook. The pool is gorgeous and special thanks to "Geordie" (clearly not his real name) for looking after us at the swim up bar. The hotel is a little bit out of town but we used Uber for 50 baht (£1.20) each way so it doesn't blow the bank and it means you sleep well at night surrounded by tranquility. Our only minor moan was that the breakfast food could have been hotter, generally it was served only luke warm. The staff were very friendly, the surroundings were beautiful and we simply relaxed the whole time we were on site.

Too far away from the city, hard to get a taxi

When we want to get to the attactions, we have to wait for a long time before we can get a cab. Sometimes the red taxi driver even refuse to take us to our location or try to over charge us. Not at a convenient location for us.

We do offer complimentary shuttle services to the Night Bazaar daily (one way) at 18.00 pm & 20.00 pm. Nice hotel with traditional Thai Style structure

Very nice hotel with traditional Thai style structure, right on the river bank. Super nice staff. Hotel offers full service restaurant with live music. The only down side is it is a little further away from old city and night markets.

Ratilanna Retreat

Beautiful Hotel. Regal Thai decor so that you know and feel that you are actually in Thailand. Fabulous pool and spa. Great restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a fantastic stay at RatiLanna! The area is quiet and our room was perfect. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We checked out early morning, and their concierge knew we would miss our breakfast, so he took the initiative to prepare a breakfast box for us to take away. Thumbs up!
