Not really a friend staff environment , not helpful at all
Because I used expedia, my IHG points were not allowed. Same thing happened with Singapore Airlines. Won't be using expedia for hotel or flight reservations because of that.
Convenient of location and flexible and considerate staff.

The proximity to the airport onviously. But we enjoued the simplicity of the process as well. The pool, the bar and the meal in the library were all very nice and easy.

Room is small with just enough to turn around. Staff answered questions in not a very welcoming way. We had breakfast included, but the choices are very limited. The staff at the breakfast were even worse. When I asked if I could have the soup, she sounded almost angry telling me the soup wouldn't ...
Great for a long transit to get a good sleep. Nice and quiet and comfortable.
