disappointing....

stayed there during chinese new year period. although hotel is only 3 years old, the room condition looked aged. badly maintained, not clean enough to my expectation. the area around the lobby still undergoing renovation, with wires dangling around. front desk service was bad, food was awful. chose this hotel as nearer to airport, but now i rather stay in city and pay more for transport.

출장으로 장사라는 도시에 처음으로 가봤습니다. 지방도시라는 것을 고려했을 때, 하드웨어적으로는 최고급이라고 생각합니다. 하지만 지방답게 청소나 서비스 퀄리티 등이 만족스럽지는 못했습니다. 소프트웨어적인 것이 보완된다면 전체적인 수준급 호텔일 것 같습니다.

Smoke infiltrates everything

I checked out of this hotel before my stay was complete because second hand smoke coming through the air conditioning vents was annoying me to no end. I will not stay here again, because they do not enforce Non Smoking floors.

フロントレディにハガキ代を聴いたら115元 そんな馬鹿な! フロントマン15元で115元は小包でした 翌朝フロントマンは20元 ま 切手を買いに行く手間賃もあるだろうからお願いしたけど「地球の歩き方」を見たら4,5元 2^3星ならハガキ受け付けないのはあったがヨーロッパ・アジアの世界中の4^5つ星ホテル泊まって切手の用意がないのでびっくり お客が外国人が非常に少ないから郵便物は取り扱ってないことはわかるけど・・・情けないぜ
