Property is clean and well maintained while being in a central location. Impressed with the staff in knowing their guests. I had requested a scheduled taxi for an early morning departure. I realized I hadn't given them my name or room number, but still received a call from reception when the cab arrived. That was impressive customer service.

Lovely hotel in center city
This hotel was a breath of fresh air. It felt brand new and had all the touches to make your stay comfortable. It is also in prime location and is the best place to stay in Chania. The bus to the beach is right close by, one is right across the street. The receptionist are so thoughtful, kind and friendly and makes your stay so pleasant. The breakfast is by far one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. The lady at the breakfast area was very attentive to my needs and offered to prepare something for me because I’m vegetarian. I highly recommend this place and I’m hard to please.

Great and very central hotel! Super duper friendly staff, and the main reason for this good review is jus that, the staff. Everyone from receptionists to the cleaning folks was top notch! The rooms are okay, maybe not the most stylish ones, kind of simple yet modern, if anyone cares about that. Good bed and AC

Great location in Chania
We loved this hotel. The location is perfect for anyone needing the central bus station and it’s also close to the Old Town. The reception staff are very friendly and although we left very early, around 4,30 am, they still had a pack lunch for us to take with us. Rooms are comfortable too. Very positive experience.

GENERAL REVIEW FOR ONE NIGHT STAY
Our stay was for one night only. The hotel met all our needs except for the weak Wifi and our inability to raise the room, window blinds. The service was exceptional from the three receptionists (different shifts) and the breakfast coordinator.

Room was fine & the location was very convenient. Staff were extremely helpful with getting our lost luggage (from plane). Parking was a pain & expensive, but everything else was fine (including breakfast).

It was in the Centre of Chania, walking distance to the port, restaurants, shops and buses, making get it so easy to travel all over. The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and always smiling. Highly recommended

Rooms were good. Staff was really good. Very good breakfast. Noisy on a night but choosing to be in the centre has got to be expected and the excellent location for the sights made it worth it. Needs bar facilities. If we go back to Chania would choose again.

Not so good this time .
Often stay here, this time a little disappointed, unfortunately the gap between the ceiling and my head in the shower was about 5or6cm, and then you had the fixed rain shower 2cm above my head. I also had to go down several steps then up several steps to access the lift, I have a cast on my leg fortunately my only luggage this time was a backpack. The fuse box buzzed continuously rather louder than normal. But at times was drowned out by the noise from a large group of Americans girls staying on a floor below. I will be staying again as normally my stays are better and the staff are always nice, an helpful.

Perfect location for the old town
A very central location. The closest you can get to the harbour by car . Cross the road and it’s a pedestrianised area. A 5 minute walk from there to the harbour side. My room was not at the front. This worked well , as others staying were disturbed by road noise ( motor bikes ) going around the square outside of the front. It was a weekend . Take ear plugs. The floors if the rooms mean any movement of chairs etc can clearly be heard. Good choice at breakfast , and friendly and helpful reception staff

Stayed in the hotel for four nights with my two daughters It was really nice stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast was also delicious and fresh. Found what appeared to be a cockroach-like insect in my room, along with ants. After presenting the picture to the front desk (and asking for compensation or a return of some sort) - their response was, "Sorry, you've already paid through expedia.ca and cannot refund you any money." They offered to spray from room with all my things in it; and naturally declined the offer. Along with poor room conditions, the front desk offered dicey bus recommendations and also suggested I take a taxi to the airport (25 euros) rather than the bus (much cheaper option that I would have recommended). Since this was my last few days in Greece, the hotel left a poor taste in my mouth. However, Chania is very beautiful and would stay in another hotel if I were to revisit.

Well appointed hotel. Comfortable bedrooms with safe, not electronic but has key. Bed mattress firm. Room serviced every day. Rooms has WiFi. Breakfast full continental, served from 6.46 to 10 am Lift to all floors. Large lounge. All staff very friendly. Enjoyable stay
