Our hotel is situated near (10' walking distance) the municipal parking of Talos Square, but parking to Chania old port during the summer season is difficult, as it is the main attraction of the whole province and everybody visits it. In deed our hotel is tiny and has 4 rooms in total, 2 in each floor. Due to the size of the hotel our staff has 4 persons in total, but our maid is daily present to the hotel, in order to clean the rooms, but usually apprears when our guests are out of their rooms, or really early in the morning for the cleaning of the common areas. Our receptionist, Eleonora, is present for limited hours to the reception desk, but always in your disposal via a phone call. Regarding our mattresses, you have noticed that are brand new that's why there were plastics on them. Nevertheless, we would like to thank you for your comment as it was really helpful for us; we have already removed them. The building that our hotel is situated is really old and our main aim is to maintain the initial character that's why we have kept the old wooden staircase and we only try to make the noise less. Nevertheless the old port during winter has not so many options, regarding shops, as the social life is being moved to the centre of the new city of Chania. There are though enough bars & restaurants that remain open for the guests who wish to stay to the port like you. Regarding the room, the description of each room to every site we sell, includes every available amenity we offer and we are pretty sure that all of those we refer were included to you room. Despite that, if you needed something extra you could have asked by our colleague, who was daily there, during your stay, in order to provide it. The same occurs with the A/C; indeed and this is something that we need to fix, when the key is out of the room, there is no electricity and no heat to the room, but we have a solution to that matter, but you should have informed our colleague, so she could assist you.
