Fantastic stay
It was a lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, the beds were amazingly comfy and the room was a really decent size. All of the nearby restaurants were fantastic I couldn’t fault any of them. The busier part of town was a 10 minute walk away but the area was lovely. The pool was a bit chilly though but can’t be helped seen as we went in October.

Close to the beach, clean & comfortable, friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Live music in bar most nights. Situated on a busy road though this didn't affect the atmosphere within the complex. Restaurants & shops nearby. Only problem we found was size of the pool (small), not enough sunbeds & parasols for the number of guests, though beach is only a short walk away.

Comfortable & Clean
I recently stayed at Elotis Suites for a destination wedding in the superior room. The room was very clean and modern. I was traveling solo and always felt safe. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Overall, the facilties and hotel were clean and well kept!

Overall not a bad experience, but not great
Nice place but a bit expensive for what it is. Was charged extra for a safe, and extra towels. Air conditioning in room did not actually do a great job cooling off the room and someone came to fix it twice while each time they said there is nothing wrong, yet there clearly was an issue. Very friendly staff but noticed an ant problem in our room, a lot on the floor and kitchen table.

Great place to stay.
This was a great property to stay at. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The location is central to the area and the beach is a 3 minute walk across the street. The greatest strength of this property is the staff who work there. Everyone was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to engage with us ensuring we were happy.

Great place to stay in Ayia Marina.
Room was very comfortable, hotel is in a great location just across the road from the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Nikos and Petros who worked behind the bar. The shuttle driver Statos was also very helpful. Great place to stay by the beach when in Crete.

Nice small, well run hotel conveniently located.
We were met by the very friendly and welcoming reception staff, who showed us to our room, which was very nicely appointed. It was a huge room with a very comfy bed, large walk in shower in the ensuite, a/c and a ceiling fan, large patio doors leading on to our generous decking area. Internet access was available in the room but was included in our package, otherwise it was available in the reception area. We had the bed and breakfast option but some rooms provide self catering. Housekeeping was excellent and beach towels were available every day. Hotel is very pretty and nicely laid out with lovely grounds. Although the hotel is small it is very clean and well maintained, with a small pool and nice open bar and social space. It's next to the road as most of the hotels and bars are in the area. However this was never a problem in the room although traffic noise was noticeable in the bar area. But - cross the road and walk down a short passageway and you reach the beautiful sandy beach. Perfect. The layout of the accommodation is such that many of the rooms are accessed by stairs which could be a potential problem, so would be worth requesting a ground floor room when booking if this is an issue. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Angela on reception was wonderful at suggesting places to visit or nice restaurants to try. Great place to stay and highly recommended.

Elotis - nice and clean little hotel
Elotis is an nice little hotel. We really appreciated that housekeeping kept it very clean. Staff was most kind and helpful. Since its a small hotel, staff recognizes you and all receptionist, gardener, bartender nods and say hello when you leave or enter hotel area. Hotel is close to local road where there is continous traffic by cars and buses during day, but we were not disturbed very much by that. Hotel is just 75 meters from the beach (its a fine beach) and close to at good supermarket. The only minus was that only greek tv channels was shown and that there was no free wifi available. The long sand beach was very nice and water was chrystal clear and clean. This was our first visit to Greece and Crete. It was a bit disappointing. Food in Chania area was boring and tasted nothing. Yes, its a tourist area but compared to similar areas in Spain and Turkey - it was cooked with little fantasy and spirit. Also the tourist areas looked liked you were moved to the seventies. Nothing has happened. Shops and beach bars with ugly signs and similar mechandise. Tourist information office in Chania was a joke. They took little or no interest in helping tourist. For example - I asked if there was an open market i Chania and the lady just replied I dont know and turned her attention back to the pc. So for anyone going to this part of Crete I really can recommend Elotis hotel, but I would not recommend Greece/Crete as a tourist country.

Sesongin loppua joka vaikutti siten, että oli ainakin rauhallista. Siisti majoitus ja ympäristö, mutta huoneistossa oli tunkkainen ilma. Ilmankosteus oli korkea. Netti toimi vain aulasa, jos et halunnut erikseen maksaa. Allaspyyhkeet maksoivat päivittäin. Läheinen merenranta oli hiukan epäsiisti, mutta hyväkin alue löytyy. Ottima sistemazione a condizione che optiate per una camera "superior" in quanto nuovissime e in posizione elevate. Infatti l'hotel purtroppo ha molte stanze che pur essendo pulitissime e confortevoli non vedono il sole se non a mezzogiorno nel mese di giugno. Nei mesi più caldi potrebbe essere un vantaggio ma io amo il sole. Per tutto il resto mi sono trovato molto bene.

2 flotte veker med avslapping
Eit veldig fint og koslig hotell, med hyggelig personale. Hadde 14 netter der i august, og kjem gjerne igjen. Det var live musikk fleire kvelder i baren. Ellers var det gode senger, stor tarasse, nye håndduker kvar dag, gratis Internett på rommet, gratis air condition, vasket opp og service innstilte personale. Badet var imidlertid veldig lite, særleg dusjen.

Fint hotell, sentralt, men dårlig Wi-Fi på rommet. Wi-fi fungerte greit i resepsjonen. Dårlig vanntrykk i dusjen som varierte mellom kaldt og varmt. Putene var altfor harde og høye, så vi lå uten pute. Musikken i restauranten kan være sjenerende for rommene rett ved. Vi hadde flott rom i enden, hørte kun svak musikk som ikke var generende for oss.

Elotis Suites er et koselig lite hotell med trivelig og imøtekommende personell. Rene, pene og bra utstyrte studios. Eneste minus var noe mangel på varmt vann. Anbefales.

Pieni ja viihtyisä
Hotellin hinta-laatu suhde on todella kohdallaan ainakin huoneisto tyyppisessä huoneessa, jossa erillinen makuuhuone. Pienehkön kylpyhuoneen verholla eristetty minikokoinen "suihkukoppi" tosin jätti toivomisen varaa, tila oli tosi pieni ja lämpimän veden ja paineen kanssa ongelmia jonkin verran. Hotellin tarjoamaa aamiasta emme kokeilleet kertaakaan, joten ei käsitystä sen laadusta. Huonolla tuurilla parveke ei tarjoa minkäänlaista yksityisyyttä, meillä tosin oli hyvä tuuri. Saimme myös pitää huoneen myöhäisen paluu lentomme vuoksi iltaan asti erittäin kohtuullista korvausta vastaan.

Saavuttaessa mukana kannattaa olla hotellin osoite, sillä meillä taksikuski oli sijainnista yhtä ulalla kuin mekin. Sijainti oli kuitenkin hyvä, rantaan hypähdys ja hyviä ruokapaikkoja useita kävelymatkan päässä. Lähin ranta ei ulkoisesti ehkä se kaunein, mutta matala ja hienohiekkainen (lapsiystävällinen!) ja paikoin pieniä kivikkoja (snorklattavaa!). Huoneemme sijaitsi maantasalla, mistä pieni miinus: johtuiko lokakuun viileämmistä öistä jne, mutta huone oli valtavan kostea, uikkareita yms. oli turha yrittää kuivattaa sisällä tai ulkonakaan, ja esim. kartat yms. paperit kostuivat sisällä varsin hyvin. Ei siis ehkä pahimmille allergikoille, kosteus saattaa olla sillon aika ikävää. Henkilökunta erinomaisen ystävällistä ja avuliasta: ekana päivänä "yleismies" kyyditsi meidät hotellin golfkärryllä lähimmälle pankkiautomaatille, jottei tarvinnut kävellä :) Aamiainen ihan ok, jälkikäteen ajatellen ei ehkä hintansa väärti, mutta perus jugurtti, mysli ja murot sekä munat + pekonit löytyi. Asiakkaista vain noin kolme seuruetta oli valinnut aamiaisen, mikä selittänee aamiaisen suppeuden; huoneistohotellissa tavallisesti se kokataan itse. Lyhyesti siis: suosittelen!

Elotis Suites - Highest worth in the neighbourhood
There are three things I value high when I stay at a hotel: 1. Cleanliness - Elotis hotel was very clean, no complaints, no funny smells, no suspicious stains 2. Personnel - Very helpful, very friendly. For example, one of the employees came and picked us up at the airport when there was a taxi strike. 3. Location - Close to the beach (100m). Unfortunately, there is nothing but a few restaurants and hotels in that area in Crete (except the beach). I can recommend it every day of the week!

La camera era di tipo "Studio" spaziosa e comoda con un balconcino privato, il letto comodissimo più grande di un "nostro" matrimoniale standard, peccato solo la doccia un po' troppo piccola e con un'anti igienica tendina. La sera spesso vengono organizzate delle piccole serate con musica dal vivo fino all'1.. a volte non è piacevole sopratutto per chi si intrattiene anche dopo al bar e ride e scherza non preoccupandosi di chi gli sta intorno Per il complesso cmq lo consiglio.

Fint hotell nær den fineste delen av agia stranden
Koselig hotell, rent og flott vedlikeholdt. Bare å krysse veien og etter 20 meter er du på stranden. Ligger ved absolutt den beste delen av stranden som er Topp for barn og voksne. Rolig uten strandklubber tett på. Resepsjonist Nicole var fantastisk behjelpelig med det det måtte være. Fint basseng, men lite basseng område, så visst det er viktig er dette ikke hotellet for en småbarnsfamilie å være hele dagen. Lite barnebasseng. Bar-ansatte var lite imøtekommende, men vanlig høflige. Kjempeflott livemusikk hver kveld, høy kvalitet! Anbefaler hotellet.

Vi likte oss veldig godt på Elotis - passet veldig godt for "voksent par" som oss. Veldig hyggelig betjening/god service, og hotellet hadde alt vi hadde behov for. Eneste lille trekk må være utsikten som var ut mot et påbegynt byggeprosjekt, men dette var ikke viktig for oss.
