Really disappointed on lack of information available for parking a car. The Old Chania town is pedestrian only. After 30 minutes of following on line driving instructions which did not identify streets that were closed we dumped the car at first available street parking which was about a 350 meters from hotel. There is a lot down by water which we found out about after the fact but it’s no closer. Saw numerous others dragging luggage through the streets. Hotel is internally noisy. One can hear many of the WC activities from neighbouring rooms through the walls. Location is good.

Wonderful location. Our room had a bay view. We spent time with a bottle of wine just enjoying the view.

It was a nice experience. The rooms were clean and nice . The hotel itself felt more local and helped the overall experience of being in Greece. The hotel location was excellent because it was right on the waterfront with excellent views as well as being very close to many restaurants and bars . The price was one of the best in all of Crete compared to other establishments. The only downside to the place was the Wi-Fi . The signal was great but the bandwidth was not. It’s bad for me because I’m kind of a tech junkie and I do like internet for updates and streaming movies. That however should not deter you from enjoying a great hotel, in a great location for a great price

Amazing harbor view with balcony. Receptionists were very friendly. The breakfast is simple and the room is tiny, typical for a boutique hotel.

Decent Hotel with a Great View
I had a sea view room and the view was stunning. Other than that the hotel rooms are equivalent to a two-star rating. The wifi is not working most of the time and the shower water pressure is very low.

Location is EVERYTHING
The location was amazing, We couldn’t have wished for a better spot! The only downsides were the fact that you can hear people constantly through the walls next to you and above you and outside the entry door. Also the shower was extremely tiny but other than that we had a great time and would likely stay again.

Great location, beautiful view. We booked an oceanfront room with a small balcony - room overlooked the harbor in the middle of Old Town Chania. Room came with a good breakfast with yogurt with honey, coffee or tea, cheese and sweet custard filled pastries that were called "donuts" :). Room was large, bed was comfortable, wi-fi was good, and air conditioning worked well. I recommend upgrading to the oceanfront room. Only negative was the quirky tub/shower which was a small sit-in half bath.

Lucia Hotel
Upon arrival we learned that the old town of Chania does not allow any vehicles. You have to park outside old town and wheel your luggage along the water way to this hotel which faces the harbor. Our room was on first floor and had balcony overlook the harbor. The room was clean and a good size. The bathroom was very small and only had a tiny, tiny adequate shower. The noise level at night with the windows and air conditioner could be a disturbance to some. Recommending the upper floor harbor view room. However, the location and views from the room were amazing which made up for bathroom size and street noise. We enjoyed relaxing away from the street on our balcony, the convenience of the location and access to everything. It is after all in the Old Town.

nice hotel.only one con - they wouldn't change our towel after taking it out of the hotel (apparently, there is a house rule, forbidding taking towels outside of the hotel, to the beach. we didn't know about it)

Great location, but rooms were very noisy and we could hear every wor that was spoken in the rooms next to us and were unable to sleep when their tv was on. Beds were very hard and lumpy and shower needed a curtain, every time we showered the bathroom would flood There for 8 nights and never really felt too welcome by owners/staff. But for the price we paid it was pretty good.

Simple checkin - checkout. Didn't ask the reception for any information at all which was ok as I already did my holiday research. Hotel reception booked a cab for us to go to airport 4.45am with no trouble. Room was clean and location was fantastic. Room is very basic. Prices were good and reflective of what you would expect. Balcony (although very small) had views of the port, was nice to open balony for fresh air. Would stay again if I go to Hania again!

Our hotel room was 'tired' and shabby. The window opened on to a narrow street of restaurant's, bars etc which made it quite noisey of a night time. The shower had no enclosure so made the toilet and wash area soaking wet and the tiled floor slippery. We asked to change rooms, but apparently they were fully booked!

Dommage que le wifine se rendre pas jusquau chambre. Au 3e etage la pression deau nest pas très forte. Pour le ereste tout est super, je vous le recommande fortement.
