Very nice property, beautiful area. Nice staff. Very nice pool. Nice restaurant by the pool. My only suggestion is regarding the bedding and amenities. No soap or shampoo, so bring your own. One bed had a folded up sheet for you to make yourself, the other had none.

They had a nice pool, thats all they got going for them. Some staff were kind. Had serveral issues with the room. Leaky sink that made the washroom a lake, wifi didnt work, ants and spiders all over the room, higher price for lower qualtity. We told the manager about all these in the 5 nights we stayed and nothing was fixed and nothing was compensated for it. Also the location is out a ways from city center so you need to rent a car or walk 2km. We stayed at hostels all before the mediterrian and they all were way better. Would recommend the hostel in kissamos city center.

Perfect relaxing holiday spot!
We stayed in one of their studios for 10 days: Although the hotel has a lovely restaurant by the pool with traditional dishes, the small kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals and there's a fridge and a freezer in the studios to store your own drinks. The hotel has a private beach within 3 mins walk with their own free subeds and umbrellas. Location was perfect for us, very quiet and private yet all major beaches are within an hour drive, with Falassarna being only 20 mins by car. A car or a scooter is needed to get around as this hotel is situated in a quiet and nice location but not in the centre of Kissamos.

Det var ikke muligt at købe mad på hotellet selvom det stod at det var muligt. Der var ingen ovn på det, hvilket vi havde forstået der var. Venligt personale og virkelig god pool. Tæt på havet, men langt fra byen.

Superbe séjour et personnel très sympa !
Superbe séjour de 2 nuits dans un studio propre et bien équipé, avec balcon privé et très belle vue. Le patron et le personnel sont très sympas. Le déjeuner est bon et la piscine appréciable en fin de journée. L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans la région en voiture, vers les superbes plages de l'ouest et pour aller flâner en soirée dans Kissamos. On recommande vivement !

Un vrai hotel de plage. Grande piscine. Restaurant et petit dej correct. Une plage immense a 100m "non entretenue" c'est son seul defaut. Hotel situe dans une zone deserte. Acceuil sympa et chambre aux meubles viellots mais propre et spacieuse

Hotel au confort simple et bien placé
Hotel bien placé pour excursions à Hania, Balas, Elafonissi, Kissamos... chambres simples, propres et spacieuses, au calme, mais wifi très lent, la 4G était plus efficace sur le telephone, petit déjeuner buffet à revoir, avec des produits industriels de premier prix, café de mauvaise qualité servi dans un grand réservoir, pas de machine à café, expresso en supplément, confitures sans goût, miel industriel, tomates sans goût, pas de pain frais, juste du pain de mie (plus de pain frais car le propriétaire nous a expliqué que les clients faisaient bruler le pain frais dans le grille pain) mais son grille pain était inadapté à un usage de collectivité, donc il doit investir dans un bon grille pain et une machine à café. A part cela tout est très propre, et la piscine agréable le matin et le soir entre 2 excursions.

Ottima posizione per visitare Creta Ovest e le sue spiagge, a neanche 5 minuti in auto da Kissamos, struttura piuttosto recente e ben tenuta con camere molto ampie ed ambienti comuni gradevoli.

Estudios sencillos, limpios y bien ubicados para excursiones por la parte oeste de la isla. Personal muy amable, piscina limpia y poco frecuentada, a dos pasos de una playa amplia. Gran tranquilidad. Bar restaurante disponible. Como aspectos a mejorar, poner colchóncillo en camas para mayor confort de camas, y más surtido de accesorios de cocina. Igualmente, revisar cañerías porque huelen, en el baño.

Wij hadden ruim, schoon appartement, met uitzicht op zee en groot (maar beetje kaal) balkon. Groot zwembad met voldoende lig1stoelen, vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt wel wat prijzig voor wat je krijgt. Vlakbij strand maar iets verder van het dorpje af.

Великолепно-заботливое обслуживание, чистота в номере и на территории. Номера светлые, просторные со свежей мебелью и уютным балконом. Приличное питание, наличие бара и кафе. Глубокий небольшой бассейн, свеженькие шезлонги. Пляж совсем рядом, свободный от полчищ туристов, песчаный. Вот шезлонгов не хватает и от центра Киссамоса далековато. В целом отличный удался отдых именно благодаря комфорту номеоа, территории и заботе персонала.

This is the place you want to go in Kriti!
Wherever places you may be traveling around the world, there's always a hope every traveler has, to go to a place where you feel cared for, to go to a place where you can feel like at home, a place where every problem is easily solved, you are listened to, and you can get to know the people behind the whole operation. This is a place of this kind look no further if you're looking for an excellent explore from where you can explore the beaches on the western side of Crete, explore cities like Chania and Rethymno, easily go to the south to places like Elafonissi and Fragkokastello. The national road is very close to this place but enough far so the only noise you get to hear is from the sea which is a few steps away. This place has a very nice pool too and a nice restaurant, and you'll be amazed by the helpful people running this place.

Nice residence/hotel into nature and near beach
This nice hotel/residence is near the beach, is confortable, has a big swimming pool, has a good, greek and international breakfast, the staff are friendly and conversable. The place is quiet, is in the middle of nature, cultivated fields, and seaside. I raccomend this hotel because is simple, has clean rooms and is a big structure, but not too big. I will return of course!!!!

Hotel stupendo. La gentilezza arriva prima di tutto, nel nostro caso abbiamo fatto una mezza pensione i piatti non sono tantissimi alla quale ti vengono offerti ma la qualità del cibo è stupefacente. Cucina casalinga e gestione familiare rendono questo posto molto carino e grazioso. Nonostante le sole 2 stelle non ha nulla da invidiare a un 4 stelle spesso antipatici. In questo posto non avrete problemi per saldare il conto che potra' essere fatto a fine soggiorno senza stress. Offrono ombrelloni e racchette da beach in omaggio e in caso di partenza non vi lasciano sporchi. Se volete infatti godervi ancora la giornata in spiaggia prima di recarvi in aeroporto ti offrono il servizio di doccia e asciugamano gratuitamente. Davvero gentili e professionali. Struttura consigliatissima, tutto perfetto.

Good Hotel in quiet place
The hotel is good and the staff is ok. Good for families that want silence and tranquillity. The only thing that is not acceptable is the wifi connection, very very slow and useless for everything you want to do.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni in questa struttura ad agosto. Luogo e struttura molto tranquilli , il residence è piccolo, ben curato, gli appartamenti sono pressoché nuovi, le pulizie vengono fatte quotidianamente e la biancheria cambiata ogni 3 giorni. Personale cortese e molto disponibile, unica pecca la colazione, che in 10 giorni è sempre stata la stessa: yogurt, latte, cereali, uva, plumcake, pane con marmellata, miele o cioccolato, oppure formaggio, uova e prosciutto.. Un altro appunto, essendo a qualche km da kissamos, per raggiungere il centro o qualsiasi località, bisogna avere l'auto, a piedi non si può far nulla

Hotel carino essenziale posizione strategica
Una buona soluzione in rapporto qualità prezzo, situato in posizione strategica tranquilla e in mezzo alla natura dove gli odori genuini si distinguono in tutte le sfaccettature; a metà tra Chania ed Elafonissi e 3 km. da Kissamos quasi sul mare anche se in quella posizione non eccellentee a 20 km da Platanias molto carina per le serate e che offre cene stupende a strapiombo sulla baia. Le camere pulite ma datate, semplice ma curata la zona ristorante sulla piscina dove i piatti sono buoni e di produzione propria nelle materie prime, la colazione completa per accontentare tutte le esigenze dolci e salate (per le richieste superiori ci sono i 5 stelle) , pulita e curata la zona piscina e verde . Le persone che lo gestiscono molto gentili e discrete. Lo consiglio alle persone non troppo pretenziose che amano all'interno della struttura il relax , disposte poi a muoversi per raggiungere le località più caotiche mediamente dai 20 ai 40 km.
