Hela vistelsen ok.

Pros: Många sittplatser i foajén.
Cons: Anslutning till Beach, obekvämt att bada i havet, ta med badskor.
Location: Ute i ingenstans. Endast promenader utmed vältrafikerad väg.
Rummet ok. Stor härlig säng. Inte helt nöjd med utbud på maten. Tråkiga plastglas i poolbaren.

Thank you for your feedback. We definitely take all our guests comments and points under consideration and are in a costant process of improvement. For the plastic glasses at the pool bar, it's highly unlikely that it'll change, since all hotels do not use regular glasses for safety reasons.

Wonderful stay

What a fabulous stay my mother and I had this October - wonderful hotel and location. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the food excellent. They made our week so enjoyable - with many lovely memories

Great hotel stay

Pros: The staff and the cleanliness were top.
Myself and my boyfriend stayed for 7 nights at the Panorama Hotel. We decided to upgrade to the swim up room, it definitely wasn't essential as the main pool was really large with lots of space but it did give us a little peace and quiet and a bit more privacy. The room was a great size. The staff and service was impecible throughout. The food was tasty and changed daily. We went out to the local town a few times (Chania, more definitely worth a visit). I always think it's good to see some of the local area whereas all inclusive packages can leave you lazy and staying at the hotel the whole time! It depends on your situation though of course. All round, a great stay and well worth the money.

The experience was good overall. Some members of the stuff were a bit rude sometimes though.

Ενα απο τα πιο ωραία ξενοδοχεία που εχω μείνει. Αν και all inclusive υπήρχε απόλυτη ηρεμία Καταπληκτική θεα Καλομαγειρεμένο και πλούσιο φαγητό Τα δωμάτια χρειάζονται μια σχετική ανακαίνιση Αλλα συνολικά ενα ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων που λάμπουν.

We regret that the hotel did not meet your expecations, however we don't have any recent recorded note, complaint or recommendation for any kind of bedding problem that hadn't been treated or any complaints for noise from a private venue. Please note that the hotel exchanges mattresses or adds some top mattersses depending on case if any guest reports that the mattress is too hard or too soft. If you would had mentioned any kind of bedding problem to our staff we would have had the chance to improve it for you.

Lovely hotel close to the beach and amazing views

All round brilliant. We had our own pool that overlooked the sea with great views. The food was a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a range of variety

Hotel in need of redecoration

Generally the hotel is in need of re-decoration and felt shabby. Food good. Indoor bar area needs air con. Unable to accommodate request to pay and retain room until 1800 hrs and had to use gym showers which was not ideal. The bathroom in the room was very shabby and was in need of new suite. Despite signs requesting that towels are not placed on sunbeds to reserve them, this was not managed and therefore you had to follow suit to ensure you had a sunbed. There was insufficient parasols also.
