Rooms are not even close to as pictured. Walls are painted in browns. Broken toothbrush left in the room nightstand, which had obviously been there a long time by the look of grime and just nastiness. Shower had a few long black hairs in the tub (I’m an ash blonde). The ‘sitting area’ couch was faded, ripped in places and just generally gross, not to mention blue and white swirl pattern. The entire room was horribly mismatched. The bright blue and red carpet (think ‘bowling alley’) was halfheartedly vacuumed, mostly just the two travelled areas, but still had small white papers etc. around the wall areas. Questionable people walking around and goings on through the night. Not much sleep due to this, even though they do have cameras set up in the lobby registration area. This hotel was previously a Days Inn and they still use a lot of the same items left when they changed the name, items in the rooms/lobby. The only positive I can give is that the sheets *appeared* to be clean, bright white and small smell of detergent. Overall not a good place to stay, pay the extra $30 and go stay and the Holiday Inn, I would have, had they a room and not booked up at midnight. This stay at the Sapphire was definitely not planned. I normally do not leave reviews, but this one needed to be left. Save yourself the grief and waste of money, which they will not refund, even if you walk in and abruptly walk back out to the lobby to get out of there. Overall zero stars. Can’t upload my photos :/
