everything was nice, we just had a problem trying to get in the Hotel all roads were blocked due to down power lines on the road one gate was locked and only one way road to get in terrible terrible,talk to the desk Manger about it he said he could not open the gate that locked he said have your lights blinking and ride it back wards. on one way street daaa.

My stay was terrible it was my wedding day and the purpose of me getting the room was for my bridesmaids to do hair and make up and that was a total disaster the front desk wouldn't allow ppl up threatened to call the police on me for having do many ppl in my room had housekeeping come into my room too count the numnet of peoole. They were totally disrespectful and very unaccomidating. This experience totally ruined my wedding day and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Our stay was fine, however the room we booked was not the room we received. The room description on Hotels.com specifically said there would be a jacuzzi tub in the room. When we checked in we were told that because we used a 3rd party vendor to book the room they were under no obligation to provide that room and what we were paying only got us a room with a shower. I protested but the hotel was booked and they wouldn't do anything for us. It seems no one is willing to stand up for what they advertise. We booked that room because it had a jacuzzi so not getting it made our stay start off on the wrong foot.

Rooms were nice, only drawback was we weren't informed about repairs. Water was turned off early next morning. We were unable to take a shower, brush teeth or use the restroom. They did, however, send us to Quality Inn which was 18 mins away from the hotel to use their facilities.

Pros: Restaurant in hotel and the food was excellent.
Great staff, clean hotel. Really enjoyed the sauna.

Pros: Staff & room space. Love, love, love all the pillows!

Location: Nice area. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Staff was very helpful and hospitable. I would recommend this hotel to others.
