“We loved the character of the property. It was literally the barn! Bed and shower was clean. However, the cobwebs and spiderwebs were everywhere!!! We had spiders crawling on us at night and in the bed. The windowsills and ceilings need a good cleaning. Set up was real cute and cozy. We literally did nothing! Just rested, relaxed and reconnected. It definitely did for us exactly what we were hoping for.”

Things broken upon checkout: Oven, Garbage Disposal, Shower Door, and Majority of Chairs at the table If you notice the roof was repaired upon checkout… this is because they decided to redo the roof while we were in the home with no notice to us. Roofers showed up at 6 AM pounding on the door demanding we move our cars because they are changing the roof. They then proceeded to hammer……

“Well taken care of house. Lots of space. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, bedding, and miscellaneous items. Only two things to be aware of are a steep driveway and hard beds.”

“It was a renter’s dream house! I would give it 10 stars if I could! Hosts were quick to communicate when questioned and very accommodating.”

“Quiet neighborhood and lots of space. Enjoyed sitting on multiple patios and love the treeline with lots of birds. The house was clean and nice updates to an older house with great character. We would definitely stay again.”

“Location was ideal for what we needed. The property needs a detailed cleaning. The backyard still contained streamers from past guests. We found dirty pans in the cabinet when we tried to make breakfast. Lots of food crumbs and pet hair in between the couch cushions when pulled the remote out. It worked for a few nights, however, feel it is hard to justify the extra 100 pet fee for cleaning when the property wasn’t clean to begin with.”
