Clean hotel and friendly staff

Pros: Free breakfast, strong wifi. Location. Staff. Cleanliness
Cons: No hot water from 1am-6am
Location: Near the Financial Center. 10 blocks from high end mall.
I stayed for 5 nights. My stay was very comfortable and location convenient. Hotel is close to the Financial Center. Also, hotel has free breakfast buffet from 6am-10am. Hot meal, eggs, meat, ham and cheese, yogurt, and fruit juices. They also can arrange a city tour of $52 up to 4 people for 6 hrs. All staff are friendly-esp. the bell hops.

Excellent stay

This hotel was wonderful, especially for the price. Zona T and many other shopping areas and restaurants were within walking distance in a safe area. Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially since I bought a dog kennel and had to pack it up somehow to fly back home. They took care of everything with packing up the item so I could check it on the plane. Finally, we arrived about 4 hours before the check in time, but they allowed us to check in without a hassle or additional fee.

Good place but make sure to keep all your receipts

The place is good overall, but their accounting system is not good. They tried to overcharges us twice for taxes. I left first than my partner and they told me nothing was owed theb when he left they were trying to charge him and bot letting him go until proof of payment was to be submitted; I had all the proofs but I was inside an airplane already.... that screwed up the whole experience.

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, good breakfast. The complaint I had was there are no ac system or ceiling fans. Bogota is not normally hot but I like to have some air circulation. other than that it is great.

Great 3 star hotel near Zona T

The hotel is amazing for the price point. Paid approx $40 USD per night and stayed for 4 nights during my visit to Bogota. Hotel is located approx 15 mins walk from Zona T in a very safe area. They also have security guards and take safety of their guests very safely. Stayed included breakfast which was okay. Front desk and overall guests were very accommodating and helpful. Wifi signal in the room was strong. Overall will recommend this hotel as I enjoyed my stay here.

Great neighborhood

Pros: Staff and location are good.
The hotel is in a great neighborhood—safe, close to mass transit and to cafes, restaurants and a big mall. The staff are as sweet, as are all the Colombians we met.
