Family Reunion trip

They were great....changed our room from smoking to non-smoking which is what we wanted but was booked up when we made our reservation 2 months ago. The bed left something to be desired but was tolerable for 3 nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. Already planned our trip here for next year.

Good location for me and my family

Had a great experience. My kids really enjoyed the very warm pool. The general manager Randy is awesome and there was 1 hotel desk clerk that was the best that I've ever met her name was Brenda, she was very sweet and helpful! Will def be back!

Heart of Logan West Virginia!!

I had a romantic getaway with my boyfriend and this hotel couldn't have been better. The staff was excellent. They handled any issues or concerns we had (which were minor) and we felt very comfortable at this location. There is a restaurant right on the property with great food selections and I will definitely be back to stay!! Thank you again for the amazing hospitality!!

Nice hotel close to highway!

Our over night stay was on a Monday night. Our room was clean and fresh looking. We forgot to take our bathing suits, the pool room very clean. We will be going back in March for two nights!!!!!

Nice hotel, RUDE staff

I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and had a good stay. This time was a little different, due to the person at the front desk. I came in about 7:30 p.m. and there was no one at the desk. I stood there for a few minutes and a girl comes out from the back and asks me if I need something. I told her I booked a room online and what my last name is. This girl was straight up RUDE. So without saying anything (or checking my ID or anything) she types on the computer, gives me a room key (3rd floor on the other side of the building) and walks off. Not welcoming at all, she didn't say anything else. I don't expect a parade or anything, but at least be nice and don't make me think you're doing me a favor by waiting on me. So, I take my bags and go up to the 3rd floor all the way on the end where my room was. The key doesn't work. I tried it like 20 times so I would not have to go back to deal with Ms. Attitude but it didn't work. Back to the front desk I go. I get down there, sure enough, nobody is there. I wait for a few minutes and this same girl comes back out and I say my room key doesn't work. She doesn't say sorry or any words at all. Just took my key and gave me a key to a different room and then walked back. I understand people have bad days and make mistakes, but this girl was very rude. I would not have her in any kind of customer service role, and while I will stay here again, I promise if I walk in and see her working, I will leave and book my hotel elsewhere.

nice place

Pros: had everything in room
Cons: bigger beds
Location: came for funeral . location was great and close to town.
never been there before and was worried about location and comfort. it was well worth the $ . wish I had came on better circumstances

clean, friendly hotel. Service was nice, free breakfast was not a feast but it was as much as I expected it to be. Was there for a death in family but still felt welcomed and comfortable and would stay there again.
