Maison spacieuse, grandes pièces Bien située, environnement agréable et calme Petit bémol : La propreté du gite laisser à désirer, nous avons du nettoyer le lave vaisselle, le sèche linge, et beaucoup d'ustensiles... Dommage, car sinon , la maison et l extérieur sont sympa et sécures pour les enfants . La personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil est charmante, et nous lui avons fait part de nos réserves, on espère que cela sera pris en compte pour les prochains locataires.

Toutes a proximité autour de la maison maison spacieuse pour 10 . L éclairage extérieur inexistant pour les soirées d 'été et le ménage à faire en arrivant.. L accueil très agréable .

Nous étions une dizaine d'amis entre 20 et 30 ans et nous avons adoré notre séjour à Marennes ! La ville est calme, mais il y a pleins de choses à faire aux alentours. La maison était parfaitement équipée en termes de salle de bains, cuisine etc pour accueillir notre grand groupe ! Seul bémol, les chambres ne ferment pas à clés. On recommande à toutes les familles/ groupes d'amis qui veulent profiter de la région tout en ayant un grand pied à terre :)

maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Un gros bémol concernant la chambre principale : par temps de pluie, infiltration d'eau (flic/floc hyper désagréable toute la nuit). D'après la gérante, cette info a déjà été communiquée au propriétaire, à priori, sans réaction... Dans cette même chambre, problème d'évacuation de la douche et problème de chasse d'eau

Équipement et propreté laissent à désirer Dommage car l’emplacement, le type de maison étaient parfait mais il a fallu commencer par faire le ménage, sanitaire avec écoulement difficile, les bondes étant remplies de cheveux, un entretien type destop aurait été bienvenu. Pas d’accessoire barbecue, un comble pour ce type de prestation. Mobilier de jardin à revoir , rouillé et où cassé. Un deuxième réfrigérateur ne serait pas un luxe, cette maison est appelée à recevoir jusqu’à 10 personnes et le réfrigérateur en place est un peu limite. Reste que c’est une belle maison bien équipée en chambres Sdb et wc
