The living room is filled with natural light from the wall to wall windows and the relaxing L Shaped sofa, perfect for that glass of wine or a family game night while in town. The room flows into the dining room with enough seating for six and a desk for the perfect spot to catch up on emails, or a quick study break for the little ones. With the backdrop of the decorative fireplace and the natural wood and gold touches, this property is sure to feel like home. The kitchen not only has updated appliances and wall to wall mahogany cabinets, but enough counter space for any home cooked meal. This fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for your group. Before climbing the stairs to the third floor, walk down the open hallway next to the entry stairs. At the end of the hallway you will find the massive bedroom with its large two beds perfect for couples, friends or the kid spot for that sibling sleepover. Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated.

Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.

Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am.

Nice
The home was nice and beds were comfortable. The downstairs room is a little loud at night if people were out and about late. A fan would help. The faucet in that room was low on pressure and had trouble getting warm. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and the home was very nice.

Amazing Property
41 Bogard Street, Unit B is a location NOT to be missed! Do you have kids? If so, this location Is in an awesome neighborhood. Kids (or no kids) you are still just a quick walk to the middle of King Street! Always something to do or taste. It’s impossible to find a bad meal. Some of my favorites include: El JeFe, Eleve, Republic, Dwells, Halls, Carmela’s, Virginia’s...just to name a few. CHS is the place to be and 41 Bogard Init B is the place to stay!

Nice place but not clean!!!
The blinds in the bathroom had a think layer of dust, the floor had a hole in it which they covered up with a rug. There was dog food on the floor in the corner of the dining room. The water pressure was very low so trying to wash my hair took forever! The beds and linen were clean but they definitely did not do a good job cleaning that place!!!!
