Hair on the bed, huge STAIN on the other bed (had to get new sheets upon arrival at 11:00pm), Legos on the floor, splatter around the toilet.
Smelled terribly. dripping sound throughout the night - we couldn't wait to get out. No knives at breakfast, the airport driver, Eduardo was amazing though!

I like this hotel! I keep going back to it because the people who work there are very friendly and nice. The place is starting to show a little wear and tear but it’s clean and convenient.

Room was very clean, the bed mattress was comfortable, the carpets were clean. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. That was reported to the front desk when we checked out. Shuttle to the airport ran on the hour only.

Very friendly staff at this BW!
Everyone went above and beyond to help us. Very friendly front desk people. The kindest lady helped us during breakfast even though we got there 5 minutes before closing.
The pool was heated so we could take advantage of it.
We would definitely come back at this location!

The property was clean and the service was great. My shower was working but the water took to long to go down.
The curtain was not block out and the lights from outside was a huge distraction from sleeping.

Unfortunately, the first room I got had not been cleaned. The second room was pristine and well stocked with amenities. It was simple to get a new room. Desk staff was efficient.

I stay at this hotel when I come to Charleston because it always seems to have the best rates and I've never had a bad experience here. You get what you pay for, and this place is well worth it for the money

I loved staying at Best Western Airport Inn and Suites. The room I stayed was an actual suite and it was very nice and had plenty of room. It felt like home. The king sized bed was very nice. The receptionists were also very kind.
A plus is the shuttle that takes you to and from the airport.

Arrived an hour early and was offered a double queen room that was ready since king was not. There was no shower curtain… The floor attendant immediately got one. Then went to take a shower and no hair dryer in the room. Again one was obtained by the floor attendant. As the evening wore on it became evident the AC was not cooling - room temperature was stuffy despite set at 66 ( outside temp 60). We were exhausted and didn't want to pack and move; I didn’t say anything but intend to report it to the desk at checkout so it can be evaluated and repaired.

Always stay @ Best Western Plus in Myrtle Beach (only place I've ever stayed) each year for Bike Week. The Hotel is always clean, convenient @ reasonably priced with great morning coffee and more breakfast items than a bowl of cereal. They even provided towels to clean the bikes. The staff is always an 11 (on a scale of 1 - 10) professional, friendly & very accommodating. I expected and received the same experience in Charleston on a recent stay with my 87 year old Mother, who was there for a medical procedure @ MUSC Charleston. My "go to" home away from home. Very satisfied!

Family of 5 stayed in a 2 queen suite with pullout couch bed. The hotel seems to have been remodeled but not very well done. Lots of dust on bathroom light fixture, leaky shower head, worn rooms and moldy spots in shower caulking, bedding sheets and towels had bare threads showing through holy spots. Breakfast was ok. Same options or less every morning. The yogurt machine never worked right. Waffles were a favorite. Indoor pool was a plus but there was never any pool towels. Over all for the cost and quality it was ok.

Miss. Kenya and Miss. Cathy Cuttino, Kenyon ALL make this a fantastic place to come to. We find that it is quiet and clean. Central enough to get an Uber to go see the sights of downtown Charleston etc … ULTIMATELY it is the STAFF at this location that keeps us coming back. They know customer service and it is evident in their demeanour they like what they do. A GREAT representation of Charleston, Thank you so so much. We will be back.
