We went to the front desk for an extra blanket and was told they couldn't get it because they were the only one on duty and said we would have to wait until 9pm. Ended up freezing all night. Also ordered a burger from the kitchen there. It said it comes with tomato. I was given cherry tomatoes to slice with a plastic knife 🙄.

Convenient location, right by all major roads to take you anywhere in Charleston. Front desk was not helpful at all. We asked for a refill on coffee supplies and washcloths that never came. The last night we were there the air conditioner went out. I called the desk twice and went by it twice but there was a sign up saying they'd stepped away so we left early and drove 7 hours home in the middle of the night and we never got refunded. I have nothing nice to say about this place.
