Pros: Very comfortable and quiet hotel. Staff was very friendly.
Cons: The breakfast could have been better, was served cold coffee two days in a row but it was replaced immediately.
Location: Convenient to downtown.

Great hotel, staff, and room.

Pros: Location, service, and comfort are the best points of this hotel.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: It was centrally located and had a shuttle to the City Center nearby.
Clean room with all amenities and a very friendly and helpful staff.

Conference

Pros: Third floor outdoor bar was nice with friendly staff.
Location: Across from a park but there isn't anything to do and nothing that is within walking distance. Fee based shuttle service available
Attended a conference at this location. Facility was nice and clean, friendly staff, good food. The only downfall to this hotel at this time is that it is in the middle of a major revitalization of the area. There is construction going on at night that can be quite noisy, the surrounding parking lots are not kept up so it appears to be in a blighted area but that is only due to this major project to renovate the area. There isn't anything of interest that you can walk to so the hotel does offer a shuttle service for a fee.

great hotel vs. price we paid.

Pros: ease of access to all the places of interest
Cons: longer roof top hours at the bar/social area
Location: close to Charleston marina and only 2 miles to the downtown district. We had the advantage of a quiet place outside the action and noise of downtown
The hotel was very neat and clean. We enjoyed the proximity to the historic downtown.

Location: Very close to downtown
Very friendly staff. Stayed with my husband for our anniversary and the front desk upgraded us to a better view.

Pretty mediocre

Drunk people at the pool. Didn't replenish pool towels. In fact, there were none for us so we requested them and got them. Then when leaving the pool new people came and again there were none, so they asked us if we could request some more on our way up to our room. Hotel didn't check us in on time either.

Comfy, recently redone rooms

Pros: Very nice decor
Cons: More space in the shower; pretty narrow.
Hotel is very nicely appointed in the lobby and all main areas. Rooms were recently redone and are fresh and contemporary. Pool area looked clean (didn't have time to swim). All employees we interacted with were quite nice. Easy access to main roads getting in to downtown.
