Pros: Location food decor room great staff
Cons: None
Location: Close enough to town to walk... we walk everywhere....so wasn't too far for us....downtown was awesome! Plenty of restaursnts
Great place to stay for family and friends....walked to and from downtown Charleston... 2 miles at the most.... Food room and gym exceptional. GREAT STAFF!!!

Great staff friendly hotel

One of our biggest draws was the balacany listed in description... come to find out was not included with room booked. Staff was amazing hotel was Gorgeous.. didn't like the mislead from Expedia site.

Pros: Very comfortable and quiet hotel. Staff was very friendly.
Cons: The breakfast could have been better, was served cold coffee two days in a row but it was replaced immediately.
Location: Convenient to downtown.

Great hotel, staff, and room.

Pros: Location, service, and comfort are the best points of this hotel.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: It was centrally located and had a shuttle to the City Center nearby.
Clean room with all amenities and a very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice place if you have the extra money

Conference

Pros: Third floor outdoor bar was nice with friendly staff.
Location: Across from a park but there isn't anything to do and nothing that is within walking distance. Fee based shuttle service available
Attended a conference at this location. Facility was nice and clean, friendly staff, good food. The only downfall to this hotel at this time is that it is in the middle of a major revitalization of the area. There is construction going on at night that can be quite noisy, the surrounding parking lots are not kept up so it appears to be in a blighted area but that is only due to this major project to renovate the area. There isn't anything of interest that you can walk to so the hotel does offer a shuttle service for a fee.

quality vs price is not there

We were here for a conference, room was very smelly with mildew & our AC would not properly cool down the room. Told front staff everyday yet nothing then when checking out the front desk person asked about our stay & when I told her her response was "sorry to hear that". This hotel was not cheap at all & yet we weren't comfortable in our stay

Overall stay was good.

My overall experience at the hotel was great. Everyone was helpful when asked however we wanted to enjoy the breakfast buffet and our server was terrible. He completely forgot my order and ignored us the entire time.
