The valet parking was great, but the breakfast was horrible. Eggs were a powder mix (gross), the juice was watered down & the coffee was awful. Either do breakfast right, or don’t do it at all.

The hotel was good value by Charleston standards - and the staff were very helpful. The location is a long walk (45 mins) or short Uber from downtown. Our one negative was being charged an additional $15 per day when we had understood that we had paid all taxes and fees in advance.

Great location and great staff. Good breakfast. Everything else needs improvement. The bed was uncomfortable--the mattress was deformed. The air conditioner was very loud. The floor of the room was dirty.

Not enough parking, why have stupid valet parking when customers can park their own cars in such a tiny parking lot!!!! I mean it was not the Ritz Carlton by no means

We were moved to 3 rooms. The room we stayed in had a leak from the roof into the shower, with ceiling falling in, and the window leaked soaking the carpet. There was mold visible in the shower. Hotel personnel requested we contact Expedia and request a refund, which I will be doing.

First, great price, clean and safe. It is across the hospital near downtown. Second, the breakfast was surprisingly good. The hotel is older an needs updating, but overall I was pleased and would stay again. They do need to add some cups for the gym so folks can get water.
