Hotel in this area was below my norm on others that I have stayed at for the price. No one was at the desk upon arrival....waited about 15 minutes for someone to show up. Nothing more to say.....will not do a repeat.

Too expensive for the location.

Difficult entrance access. Few parking spaces. And a lame breakfast

Nice hotel fairly close to old downtown area.

Pros: Location
Cons: Shower/bathroom not in the best condition.
Location: Restaurants nearby and close to freeway.
Stayed 3 nights...quiet location, but close to restaurants and freeway.

Advertise pets are welcome, pets are not welcome

We picked this hotel because they advertised pets welcome with no additional fees, refused to refund when we found out that pets are not welcome. We found another hotel at 1am.

We love pets, we checked our Country Inn website and Expedia website but don't see any advertise pets are welcome. Please let us know the website you see the advertise. The hotel is 100% pet and smoke free.

not a great place

The furniture was dirty no hot water I had to switch rooms towels were dingy needed to be replaced. Not happy about the choice at all! Will never choose it again!!

Hotel was comfortable. However, room was dated. Tub, faucet and sink needed repairs. Otherwise it was fine.

Close to mall and good restaurants!

Spent one missable evening with no air conditioning. During the next twelve hours complained to three different staff and the evening gentlemen was convinced he'd fixed it, but after two hours of sweat offered a a new room! Problem with next room only the entry and bathroom lights worked. Third room was satisfactory. Our stay was four days and it was not worth the price we paid.

Mediocre hotel.

The rooms and entire hotel was very hot, so not very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, wifi was available and nice TVs. The staff wasn't very friendly. There were kids running up and down hallways at night and hotel had lots of noise outside with no sound barriers. We may would stay again, but not for the price we paid. We felt we Def did not get our money's worth from this hotel.

Pros: My check-in experience was really nice. The Front Desk attendant was very friendly and pleasant.
Cons: Bathroom tub was not very clean. Lots of hairs everywhere when I checked in. Everything else was clean though.
Pretty standard hotel considering the price. They do have free breakfast, which I wasn't able to take advantage of (early flight). But staff was very pleasant and nice.

Nice hotel. Within walking distance to restaurants

Pros: The hotel was clean and had a pretty good breakfast in the mornings.
Cons: Nothing. The hotel was nice.
Nice hotel. Right off of the interstate and close to a lot of restaurants. About 20 minutes away from downtown Charleston and 10 minutes from the airport.
