Took the pets to visit son who is at the Naval Base - excellent location to get to the base. Lots of pets staying in the back building, so we fit right in. Great value - while this wasn't a luxury hotel, it was a clean, quiet place to sleep, which is what we were looking for. Staff was neither friendly, nor unfriendly- ever-present, but didnt talk much. Would definitely stay here again.

They have made lots of improvements to the property. Staff was friendly. The surrounding had major construction going on which made it difficult to get around.

Front desk person on arrival was not friendly. We went to our room(s) and one smelled weird, not sure what the smell was. The toilet had a loud whistling Lise after flushing. We discovered we no hair dryer, called front desk asked for a dryer. The staff member came into our room with the attitude that he did not believe us , left and said he would get one later. Next morning we asked again and were told “later” - never heard from them again. The website said breakfast to go available, the desk clerk never mentioned anything about coffee or breakfast. Overall, it was it was not a good experience - the area did not feel safe.

Truly awful experience with the person at the counter at the moment I checked in. Had the noisiest room assigned which was impossible to rest in. Not the most well kept place either. Paint and new carpet can’t hide years of neglect.

Room stunk like cigarettes & my husband spotted a roach in the first 2 minutes we were there. The front desk guy didn’t even look surprised. Just issued us a credit & we left. Found a room at Best Western and it was great! Highly recommend. Do not stay at this place!

I saw Wyndham and trusted. Bad move on my part. Good move on my part- we checked out within 5 minutes of check in! The property was not well lit. Several people hanging out in the parking lot. Several appeared to be high.... the clerk had me sign paperwork that had a 10 minute full refund clause, one I had never seen. I kinda chuckled and questioned it. I was advised that it was added after people only rented used the room for 1-2 hours, then wanted a full refund. Ummmm, okay. Went to the room. Instant smell of musty mold and stale cigarette smoke. I have asthma. Looked around, there were stains on the bed spread in a variety of colors, floor was dirty (small pieces of trash.) No thanks. I am out. The receptionist seemed suprised we requested a refund... which I have yet to recieve (4 days later) smoke. I have asthma.

Not what I expected out of a Days Inn
The stay was uneventful but the room smelled wet and musty, toilet seat was loose and water pressure was non-existent in the shower. Exterior of building smelled of marijuana and could use a thorough cleaning. Otherwise, was quiet and ok to sleep but would not recommend.

The man that checked us in had been smoking weed. Not a very good experience at check in. Then we got to our room and they didn't have a door on the bathroom. The remote for the tv didn't work. I went down to the front desk 3 times just to get a remote that worked. Very frustrating.

Made a reservation and drove 8 hours after work to arrive at 1am to no room, reservation was cancelled without any notice, and the hotel was completely booked so I spent the next hour and 45 minutes driving around town for a room, which ended up being in a bad part of town. Very unprofessional

This hotel needs alot of work there is a 50 cash deposit and a card on file nothing in the room i saw was worth 50 dollars huge space 2 hang cloth no hangers checked in we had 2 towels and one wash cloth a phone that looked like it had been beaten all 2 hell that did not work had 2 call the front desk via my cellphone shower rod was hanging from the wall on both ends a lamp that didn't work on the desk and someone had left there underwear between the fridge and the tv stand I'm sure they can do better no excuses if your paying some one 2 do mantiance amd clean the property your being shafted and really needs better supervision and quite abit of work

The condition of the property was atrocious. The bathtub was peeling huge deep chunks, door to outside doesn't seal, and there were bugs! Crickets, large and small....dead and alive! Poor example of a Wyndham property.
