Meeting Street Market

The hotel has wonderful staff. The room was excellent other than the small bathroom. If you are interested in being close to Meeting Street, it's within steps of the hotel. Room service (food) is provided by Hank's (which is not my favorite). Overall, great experience. Valet service is wonderful and prompt.

Nice hotel in French Quarter

Great location in French Quarter Quite, Clean and comfortable bedroom Great room decoration Big bathroom Great setup of the courtyard Great staff Very good experience Will come back

Great location

Pros: Location
Cons: Everything was a little "tired". Seemed more like a nice motel six.
Location: Hank's (seafood restaurant) that was nearby was wonderful. Reservations are a must at the better restaurants, btw. Market St is 1/2 block away.
Loved the location. The room was nice and adequate. Even though the price was fine in comparison to many of the hotels in the area, it seemed expensive for the accommodation. The bathroom was tiny and a upgrade of materials would certainly help.................fiberglass show insert around the tub, really??? Might stay at this Double Tree again, but will do more extensive research for options before committing.

Our hotel was fine for the most part , but they did neglect to clean our room one day and we came home to an unmade bed and an unclean room after being out for the whole day. I was not super happy with the MOD's response when we complained to him.

Ok but not ideal for families with young kids.

Charming location but not ideal for families with young kids. No pool, no parking and do expect to pay additional $30 daily for valet. Rooms need some updating. However, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location: Shopping, restaurants, tours
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is located in the heart of the historic district. Every staff member was outstanding and courteous. The room was beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The Perfect Place to Stay

Cons: The breakfast buffet...just skip it and go to Another Broken Egg Cafe
This hotel is in the perfect location, priced reasonably, with wonderful accommodations and staff!
