Elegant Condo in The Heart of Historic Downtown Charleston

Come enjoy this brand new rental in the heart of Downtown Charleston. Completed in July of 2018, these rentals offer something that most downtown rentals cannot. Stocked with a full kitchen and linens, you can`t beat what this rental has to offer! Perfect for couples or traveling professionals!

The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

There will be a guide book waiting in your suite that can answer most questions about the unit itself and provide our favorite dining recommendations, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions before you arrive!

Cannonborough-Elliotborough draws young professionals to its restored, wood-fronted houses. King, Cannon, and Spring Streets, are dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, and bakeries. Trendy eateries serve up everything from comforting Southern fare to Mediterranean cuisine, and Upper King Street has hip bars for craft beer and house cocktails. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xaio Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Goulette, Five Loaves café, R Kitchen, Warehouse, Chez Nous and Josephine Wine Bar. Wildflour Pastry and 132 Coffee and Kitchen bar are wonderful local coffee shops in within a block.

Easy to Uber to different attractions, restaurants Regarding our unit, smaller bathroom sink doesn’t drain well, toilet makes a lot of noise-needs to be checked out also

Overall, we had a great experience! The parking spot was tight but worth the extra expense as street parking wasn’t always available. Minor issues, such as flies and the sink drains being clogged, but the property responded promptly and were accommodating.

An oasis in Charleston

The Sanctuary offered my family a comfortable place to gather between the beautiful tours and wonderful restaurants of Charleston. The neighborhood avoids the bustle of King Street but offers plenty of great restaurants (we liked Southbound, Fuel, and Estudio) within walking distance.

Very nice rental

We stayed here - a group of 5 girls and had a great time. It is updated and very nice. We loved the location. It felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again. Get the parking spot!

This was perfect for 4 girls exploring Charleston for the weekend. Lots of cute spots nearby - and a quick uber to everywhere else we wanted to explore. The house had everything we needed! We all said we’d come back either as a group of girls or with our families.

Beautiful condo close to King St and very walkable to all over downtown Charleston! Condo is equipped with everything you need for a weekend getaway. Agency was communicative, access info was clear and check in was seamless. Would definitely stay again!
