Not a good stay. Very Disappointed !!

This hotel was very disappointing. To start the pull-out sofa is a single bed, we listed we had two adults and two kids. Our room had one queen and the single (twin) sofa bed. When I went to the front desk they said it was hotels.com's fault and didn't have another room for us (even when we offered to pay the difference). Next, the refrigerator made a very loud noise. It would stop for 5-10 seconds if we bumped it. The room appeared clean; however later there was a large roach in our living room area. Our room had 2 towel and 2 wash cloths. Again, we had four people in our room. The room is equipped with a full kitchen but you have to go to the front desk for your plates, cups, bowls, silverware, and cookware. We went down to get these items and told them we needed service for four (they gave us 3 forks, 2 spoons, 3 plates and no bowls). They said they didn't have any bowls clean. We were on the third floor in the back and most of the time the key cards would not work on the exterior doors. We told them and the response was " yeah sometimes that happens". It happened for the most part of five days. However, sometimes you could get in anyway because of the groups of drunk guests that hung out by the side and back entrances would put a rock or stick in the door so it couldn't close. The breakfast ... They have a few packaged muffins and granola bars. Coffee is only available from 6-9 am along with "breakfast".
