Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay. I am so disappointed that we failed to meet your expectations. Please accept my apology. While we no longer keep dishes in guest rooms, these items are available upon request at the front desk. To prevent this from happening again, we are making sure we are properly stocking and inspecting rooms prior to guest arrivals. Additionally, I will work with our front desk staff to ensure that our grab-and-go breakfast is properly stocked for our guests and that we are clearly communicating our amenities during guest arrivals. We continually work to improve our hotel, so I really appreciate you providing us with your feedback. We would love to have another chance to provide you with a better experience at our hotel the next time you're in town.
