Not pleased

Pros: When I checked out.
Cons: Every thing needs to be improved. It can't get much worse.
Location: Near the highway.
So many little things were wrong. It started out with not being able to find correct building, then not told I had to ask for fork, spoon and glass, no paper towels or tissues, shampoo container already opened, remote control wasn't working.Staff gave me new batteries which were wrong size and required another trip to front desk. Second day room key had been deactivated. When I asked about clean towels/wash clothes I was told I could bring soiled ones to desk and exchange for fresh otherwise they get changed once a week. When I asked about fitness equipment I was told they have elliptical and treadmill ( which wasn't working). Free breakfast was a joke. Staying at Extended Stay Inn was inexpensive, but I could have gone to another place and gotten some amenities. Needless to say I will NEVER stay at another Extended Stay America.

A good house

A good house. Clean, helpful staff, much better than average pillows, Close to restaurants and the interstate into Charleston. We will stay there again.

Not a pleasant stay!

Pros: close to the Tanger Outlets, walmart and quite a few restaurants.

Room was dirty. Dusty night stands. No person to help you or even check you out. Kitchen did not have any plates or utensils. Even after requesting, so no action. Terrible breakfast. A low class place to stay.

Not good.

Pros: Kept us from getting wet.
No toilet paper. Bad smell. No bedding on pull out. No cups in room. No milk for cereal.

While we no longer keep dishes in guest rooms, these items are available upon request at the front desk. To prevent this from happening again, we are making sure we are properly stocking and inspecting rooms prior to guest arrivals. Additionally, I will work with our front desk staff to ensure that our grab-and-go breakfast is properly stocked for our guests and that we are clearly communicating our amenities during guest arrivals. We continually work to improve our hotel, so I really appreciate you providing us with your feedback. We would love to have another chance to provide you with a better experience at our hotel the next time you're in town.

Under construction - total destruction

Pros: Nice front desk staff.
When I booked the hotel, I was not told that there was construction happening, nor that I could not use the elevator to haul my luggage to the 3rd floor. The place looked like a combat zone. Would definitely not recommend anyone staying here until construction is done.

Hotel Needs to be remolded

Cons: Please rebuild this place.
Location: Close to shopping and restaurants.
This place is obviously outdated..Muskie smell....out dated features....The staff was very pleasant...Not worth what I paid for a one night stay, I was booked for two nights, but the smell chase me off the next morning!

Great Staff, clean,comfortable and a good location. Near major routes, numerous dining options close, Very nice pillows (so many hotels have wimpy pillows)

Close to outlet mall

This hotel has a musty smell. The lobby, hall way and elevator smelled like a wet dog. Our nonsmoking room smelled of cigarette smoke and was not clean.
