All areas that I visited were clean. The carpet was worn and, in places, threadbare. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing special. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, a good value for the money.

My reservation was not honored. My flight was late and I called to confirm a late arrival. When I arrived my room was sold. They blamed Expedia for over booking and would not honor my reservation. I’m not happy about this at all.

Second stay (accidentally booking) the front desk young lady was very nice and accommodating. I expressed my disappointment from my previous stay but due to the nature of my emergency visit and my 9:30 pm check in I didn’t have much choice at that late hour. However, she stated she would give me an upgrade on room. Once I received my key card and entered my room I immediately regretted it. The room smelled stale, the bathroom floor was sticky. I needed to Clorox wipe down all the surfaces because it was sticky as well with fingerprints everywhere. The shower doors and trim was mold infected (photos taken). It was not a good experience and I am booked for two nights. Yikes!!! I didn’t get much sleep due to another guest fussing and yelling with another person for hours. Didn’t want to call the front desk with fear of escalation and retaliation. Someone else yelling down the hallway. Breakfast at 7:15 was decent and the area was clean and tidy. I have one more day and I’m sure it will be an adventure for sure. This hotel needs to be torn down and completely renovated and better quality cleaning crew. There will not be a third time booking that’s for damn sure! Run Run Run away from this place!

The front desk guy was so helpful upon arrival. There are lots of food options for delivery in the area as well. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. The fridge and microwave in room were nice touches. Very conveniently located to the airport for an early morning flight.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The property had an unpleasant smell upon entering, was visibly dirty and run down, and desperately needs renovation. Hallways were messy, with spills and lint, and dust along corners. The room had a foul odor, particularly the bathroom, where the shower floor was discolored and the furniture needed replacement. Having had positive experiences at other Wyndham properties, this stay fell far below expectations.

This property and its management are horrible. Our 1st trip to Charleston and the property was suppose to pick us up at the airport. They neglected to tell us their van was broken when we spoke to them the morning we were arriving, but further more refused to reimburse us for a $75 van taxi that would have gotten us there. Blamed our booking thru Expedia as the reason why they could not reimburse us. We cancelled our stay there and booked a new placed that wanted our business.

The airport shuttle hours were not as advertised. But staff went out of their way to make it work. My shuttle driver was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean but cosmetic fixes were not that great.

I have stayed at a fair number of the wyndham properties over the years and this one was not up to their standards! The faucet in my room was plumbed backwards so hot was cold and cold was hot the door to the shower was off the track. I ask for a suggestion for a nice place to have dinner and they couldn't, said there was a Olive Garden somewhere but didn't know where or howfar away it was. the house keeping was across the hall from my room and they were just standing around listening to rap music that was really loud. I lrft after the first night and will never darken that door again!

The staff was rude, the ac was busted, no airport transportation yet there was shittle bus parked out front. Everyone that worked there acted as if I were an inconvenience instead a customer. I only seen them 3 times and was treated poorly wvery time. I wont be staying at these facilities wver again.

This property is located right off of the highway and very close to the train station. Staff was very friendly and attentive upon arrival. There are several shopping and dining options within the area.
