Staff was beyond helpful and accomodating. The shuttle from the airport was on time, and I was late for my bus ride out the next morning - and the manager drove me to the station (the shuttle was in use already). My bus out (after check out) was cancelled, it turned out, and the staff members helped me figure out transportation home, even though I had already checked out.

Disappointed Stay

We have stayed at Hamptons many times and always book with them because of our experience. We were really disappointed when we stayed here the room had a very musty & moldy smell to it there was no frig or microwave in room the bathroom towels had hair all over them and shower was in need of renovations which we didn't even use. We had booked an paid in advance for the room and the hotel staff wanted argue that our credit card was declined when we didn't even give them a credit card. Come to find out they had our room mixed up with someone else's the lobby was probably cleanest looking area. We're coming back in August but will not be staying here very disappointed!

My stay was great. I was down in charleston for work and needed somewhere to stay. My employeer booked the toom and i was very pleased with everything. The room was great and very clean..

Reasonable for a quick Stop

Friendly welcome and very attentive. Room was ok, not great. Found towels dirty and floor looks that wasn't vacuum with water bottle lids on floor and papers next to beds. Tub was very small, I almost had to take a shower sideways to fit inside. Breakfast was really good with a lot of cold & hot options with the attendance very happy and friendly. 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.
