3rd party booking screwed up reservationPosted Nov 21, 2015
We booked 2 rooms both with 2 queen beds. When we got their we got 1 king bed. I told them that won't work we need 1 room with 2 queens as 2 older ladies and want own bed. They told me sorry they can't help me. Because I went 3rd party. Was NOT pleased.

Airport hotel with amenities nearbyPosted Oct 21, 2015
Pros: Very comfortable
Cons: There should be a safe in the room but otherwise excellent, with the hottest tap water we encountered while away from home
Location: The restaurants and shopping mall are within walking distance. It is a slow journey downtown on the bus however. Taxis downtown are expensive
We stayed for four nights while on vacation. The hotel is very close to the airport but not bothered by noise There is a service bus which takes you downtown - once you have figured out the routeing! There are restaurants nearby and a large discount mall within walking distance

Very quiet, attractive hotel.Posted Oct 12, 2015
We have stayed here many times. The hotel is quiet, attractive, very near the airport (but with NO airport noise!), outlet mall, and interstate. A quick direct drive into downtown Charleston. Our favorite place when our family cannot accommodate us!

Very nicePosted Sep 9, 2015
Pros: I liked the hotel very much
Cons: The only area of concern I had was the timing of house keeping, they could have been earlier
Location: We were there for the Jazz festival
The hotel staff all were very nice and polite at all times, and were willing to help in any way possible.

Weekend GetawayPosted Aug 30, 2015
Pros: Location, location, location.
Cons: Educate/inform new guests about the mattresses.
Location: Tanger Ourlet Malls, Downtown Charleston, Patriot's Point, Shem Creek Bar & Grill, Middleton Place, Drayton Hall
This hotel was not a good experience the first night. It was my first time to stay at a Hilton and was not aware the bed mattresses had adjustment dials, so the first night was like sleeping on a hard concrete floor. The second night was better, but I think that's something that should be pointed out to first time guests. Having a little counter top note does not work for you whenever the staff has you engaged in conversation upon check in. By the way, the staff were great and made us feel special.

out of the tourist areasPosted Aug 19, 2015 on Hotels
It's in an area with restaurants and shopping nearby, though it is out of the way for Charleston tourist sites. I would definitely stay again, though, considering how easy it is to get to the sites.
