Overnight stay

Location: There are manmy good restaurants nearby although the traffic during rush hour is horrendous.
The staff in the lobby was very pleasant and easy to work with. They definitely know that first impressions are important. The room was all we could ask for.

Restaurant at hotel limited to breakfast and dinner..and staff was great; but short staffed.

NIce location - close to the beach and all activit

Pros: clean & well kept
Cons: We didn't get the free Breakfast with our stay
Location: Excelent location
Nice facilities - good value for the money. Great location. Nice amenities. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

As we are a full service hotel with a restaurant, breakfast is a premium, but there are package rates the include breakfast in the price of the room. Maybe you can look into that option next time. Booked a king room and ended up stuck with a double. That may have been ok if it hadn't had been the night of my wedding

Dear Valued Guest, We do apologize that you did not receive the bed type you reserved. We have been having issues with reservations coming over as double beds, but guests stating they reserved a king bed. We will look into this obvious glitch in the system to see if we can get down to the bottom of it. Thank you so much for the feedback.

Nice and quiet...The only thing. .the lady who took the order for breakfast she wasn't really nice.

OK for a quick stay

Parking was scarce. Lot at back of hotel was quite a trek to entry. Beds were very firm. But service made up for this. Bring your own blanket- room temperature was either to warm or too cold and the extra blanket was the same consistency as a sheet.

Good Location.

Cons: There is a slight musty smell from the corridors and the bathroom could have been a little cleaner.
Overall me and my husband had a satisfying experience even though it was a last minute booking. The hotel is at a good location, very near the Sullivan Island Beach as well as the Isle of Palm beach. Good restaurant was all within driving distance and it was easy to go to downtown Charleston. There is a slight musty smell from the corridors and the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. But it was fine for me and my husband to have a comfortable stay overall.
