Old smelly room, towels grey and stiff, rug staine

Pros: Staff were pleasant.
Cons: Clean up the rooms and get better towels.
Location: Charleston.
Unpleasant experience due to the quality of the room. Luckily it was a holiday and I did not spend too much time in the room.

When we first arrived they gave my wife and I the wrong room. I had booked a room with a king size bed and we received one with two full size beds. The original room didn't appear all that clean either. We I notified the front desk to what had happened they told me they were sold out of king bed rooms so we were forced to stay in the original room for the first night. The next day I went back to the front desk and they moved us to a king size bed room. This room was much better and much cleaner than the first.

Location: Good seafood restaurants nearby.
We requested a specific room and they saw to it that it was ready in a short time.

Location: close to charleston good price across street from patriot point great location
hotel was clean in the middle of owner change no bar as promised not notified of changes before stay or at check in coffee in room ran out decaf only worker looking under my door

Location: There are manmy good restaurants nearby although the traffic during rush hour is horrendous.
The staff in the lobby was very pleasant and easy to work with. They definitely know that first impressions are important. The room was all we could ask for.

NIce location - close to the beach and all activit

Pros: clean & well kept
Cons: We didn't get the free Breakfast with our stay
Location: Excelent location
Nice facilities - good value for the money. Great location. Nice amenities. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

Booked a king room and ended up stuck with a double. That may have been ok if it hadn't had been the night of my wedding

We have been having issues with reservations coming over as double beds, but guests stating they reserved a king bed.
