Cons: Since I never got to see any of the accommodations, the only experience that I had was with the desk clerk and it could have been improved..
Location: I did not get to stay there.
I scheduled the reservation through Expedia a week in advance. The reservation was non-refundable and paid in advance. My wife and I arrived around 10:15 pm on a Saturday night to check in and we were told that there was no reservation. We were also told later after quite a number of questions that the reservation had been cancelled that day, but were not told what time. We were told initially that we would have to contact Expedia to have them find us lodging. Since this was prom weekend in Charleston and spring break for many colleges, I knew that most of Charleston was booked. While I was on the phone with Expedia, the desk clerk completely changed her attitude. She had called a sister Holiday Inn and notified us that we had a room there free of charge for the computer server glitch that supposedly ate my reservation. The bottom line is that Expedia refunded my money and we got the room for free. However the aggravation and the initial unwillingness to be helped was not worth the free stay.

Booked at the last minute

Booked at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. Was very conveniently located to sites in Charleston. Unknown to us, it was the weekend of the Cooper River Bridge Run and the staff was very helpful in giving suggestions in navigating around the race route that morning. The hotel was very stylish and clean and has been obviously updated in recent years. Restaurant was limited, but adequate for our breakfast needs. Breakfast buffet was good and staff very pleasant. Even got a great recommendation from the front desk for a nail salon for an "emergency" pedicure. Overall, very nice stay.

One Night stay for business

Overall, the hotel was ok except for the fact that the AC unit made a loud sound every time it came on. The loud sound woke me up through out the night. Also the towels and wash cloths were a bit run--down and faded. They need to be changed. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and quiet and located in a suitable area not too far from downtown Charleston and plenty restaurants.

Terrible!

The bathroom light would not work. It was unbelievably dirty there were holes in the wall. It was awful!

Old smelly room, towels grey and stiff, rug staine

Pros: Staff were pleasant.
Cons: Clean up the rooms and get better towels.
Location: Charleston.
Unpleasant experience due to the quality of the room. Luckily it was a holiday and I did not spend too much time in the room.

Not very clean, white towels were grey Pink mold around tub Hair dryer unbolted from the wall Very worn bedding But Super nice people working there!

Location is great

Location: Great location - easy drive to downtown Charleston.
The price and location were perfect for our long weekend in Charleston. It's an easy drive to the Ravenel Bridge and then almost a straight shot to downtown Charleston. The town of Mount Pleasant was really convenient to a lot of the things we planned for our trip. Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Overall we had a great experience!
