We got charged twice for our stay. One from Expedia and one from the hotel. I’m trying to get that fixed. Can someone from Expedia please call them. 8535693200
Please take your fee off our credit card. We stayed at the one in north Charleston but I guess there’s two there. Very confusing.

The cleaning crew played their music a bit too loud in the morning. I didnt make a complaint about it as I was checking out that day of the loud music in the AM. I just didnt like the "additional" alarm clock lol
The man who checked me in was smoking outside when I walked in. He walked in with me and laid his cigarettes on the check in counter. Th room was hot when I got in there. The toilet paper was like sandpaper and the overall bathroom was dirty.

Property was very clean. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel in a while. Only negative was the parking lot was extremely dark. The street lights were also out. I personally had no issues, but could be a problem for some guests. Stayed 3 nights and it was a great experience.
Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. It was clean and the employees were very friendly. The pool was on the smaller side but our kiddo had a ton of fun anyway. Despite being by a major roadway, it was a quiet stay. The breakfast had many options and did not disappoint. Would definitely stay here again.

While room 208 was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. The hallway noise from doors slamming and the upstairs guests were pulling an all nighter.
We got room 213, within earshot of, well, everything. Could literally hear voices from the lobby. The thwack of the sliding door in the lobby all night. The elevators. It was next to impossible to sleep, which had kind of been the point of getting a room in the first place.
Very nice, clean hotel in good location. Staff was professional and friendly. The only problem was they switched me from king bedroom without informing me.
