We stayed here for two nights for my school interview at university of charleston. It was very comfortable and had a great location

Nice stay EXCELLENT cinnamon rolls & coffee

Pros: Location to my destination activity. GREAT heated cinnamon rolls in the morning with coffee.
Cons: Rate is WAY TOO HIGH for not having luxury amenities. I paid $225/night. That is at $120/MAX location.
Location: Great location being near mall and restaurants. You could literally walk to them if you had to....great location.
Our stay was nice. The accommodations were clean, the renovations were pleasant. I wish there were more cable stations and possibly a movie station. I LOVED the heated cinnamon rolls in the morning with their coffee. That was the highlight of the trip for me. We only stayed two days. The indoor pool is a nice amenity. I would definitely return to the location for a family trip. I paid $225/night through Expedia. Definitely not worth $225. I think the rate should have been $120 MAX. Would never pay $225 again for that location. Way too high for not having luxury amenities.

Very Clean Rooms & Friendly Staff

We chose this hotel because it was close to everything, including the Civic Center where we attended a concert. The room was very clean, and the gentleman who checked us in and out was very friendly and welcoming. The only things I would suggest as an improvement would be to have heavier covers in the chillier months, and provide the ability to close the curtains. When asked if there are usually comforters on the beds, the gentleman who checked us said yes. He explained they're the middle sheet. If we had one, it was very thin. The gentleman sent a worker up right away. He advised they would have assisted immediately if we called, and I'm sure they would have. We were just beat from the long day, and needed to get some zzzz before driving four hours back home. I would definitely stay here again. Nice job, and kudos to the staff.

Smoking hotel

Pros: Desk staff
Cons: Smoking allowed in hotel.
Location: Near plenty of restaurants/shopping.
Desk staff was very nice. Hotel smelled of cigarette smoking in entrance. Smoking floor is top floor? Business center printer(s) didn't work. And, they don't have Microsoft office programs on business center computer for printing/working. This seemed odd for a hotel in 2014. Great location on 119 South. Near numerous stores & restaurants.

Nice hotel, but not worth the money. I stayed at four points for $89 and it was much nicer..it says it has a indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi when it really only has a pool. The elevator took FOREVER. It wasn't dirty or anything, just not worth the money.

They Cou;d put more towels in the rooms. ( King bed only has 3 towels) they need to put 4 or more so that you dont have to call and ask for more .
